"It is clean and quiet. Stayed for the price point. Met my needs, nothing fancy, but not neglected. I liked it wasn’t on a major road, so not listening to traffic. If you need a place to stay while at the hospital, easy walking to get to that. "

"When we arrrived it was a chilly -21°F and was very pleased that there was underground parking. When we went to our room and opened the door it was a brisk 50°F! I think they knew what room they were going to give us as we booked it earlier in the day and arrived about 9pm. The room could have been prewarmed a little bit. We turned the heat up to 70°F and had to sleep fully clothed as there was no extra blankets. By 5am the room was still only at 68°F and never reached 70°. We checked out at...

"The Gibson hotel staff are incredible, the property is cozy and very well decorated, comfortable, and well cared for. Plentiful parking and they have fantastic food, plenty of snacks, and free cookies. Will be booking again in the future. "

"I stayed two days, they didnt clean or give us new towls I had to go to the front desk to ask for new towls. They told us they dont clean rooms and to set our used towls in a bag out side our room. Which they dident take away until after we left. "

"Room was clean but dated, Shower curtain had stains on it. Room was comfortable but chilly, there was a draft coming from the window. But the heater did its job. Staff were friendly. I would stay here again. "

"Hotel is fine. Parking spots are so small it’s difficult to get in and out of vehicles. Nights are loud. "

"The rooms were clean. It was an old building so I guess that's why there was brown water coming out of the faucet at first until you let it run. The toilet seat had a crack in it but I didn't want to complain since we weren't going to be there long. Not bad I guess."
