  • Apartment (first floor) in elegant modern seafront house in Marina di Ragusa. Located on the Lungomare Andrea Doria, it has a large terrace and balconies with an amazing panoramic view of the sea and the beach in front, large outdoor spaces with the kitchen and the garden. It is located in a quiet residential area a few steps away from the beaches, the restaurants, the supermarkets, the downtown's shops and the nightlife's clubs. It is ideal for a beach holiday for a family or a couple.
    The house has large outdoor spaces:
    - a garden with Mediterranean plants and flowers
    - a large terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture, showers with hot water and solarium
    - an outdoor kitchen with shaded dining area, furnished with tables and chairs

    The Malachite apartment is furnished with style and attention to every detail; the malachite green colour characterizes the apartment's style, modern and elegant.
    The apartment includes a bright kitchen that overlooks a balcony seafront with a panoramic view of the sea and of the beach, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower.
    The kitchen offers a sofa bed, smart TV and dining table. The kitchen is complete with fridge, freezer and electric oven.
    The bedroom and kitchen are equipped with air conditioning and a flat-screen smart TV.
    There is a laundry room as well with sink, washing machine, drying rack and iron.
    The house is located on the Lungomare Andrea Doria in Marina di Ragusa, in the province of Ragusa, the baroque heart of the "Val di Noto".
    It offers a superb location, in front of a sandy beach, in a quiet area, a few steps away from the restaurants, the downtown's shops and the nightlife's clubs.
    Close the house there are the "Baja beach", where it is possible to rent deck chairs and umbrellas, the sailing club of Marina di Ragusa and Piazza Malta, one of the main squares of the town.
    The Mouth of the Irminio River Natural Reserve is 3 km away and boasts suggestive nature trails and a pristine beach with a crystalline seabed.
    The house has a great location to easily get out of the town and travel by car to visit the nearby sandy beaches of the coast: Plaja Grande (5 km), Donnalucata (7 km), Punta Secca (10 km), Cava d'Aliga ( 15 km) and Sampieri (20 km).
    Furthermore, a few kilometers away you can visit the famous places of "Commissario Montalbano", such as his house in Punta Secca, the police station in the heart of Scicli and other hystorical places such as Ragusa Ibla and Modica, the homeland of the chocolate. By adding an hour to your trip you can enjoy the amazing Val di Noto, Ortigia, Marzamemi (ancient tuna fishery) without giving up to the beauty of the coast and the Zingaro reserve.

Beachfront

Zuallererst, Angelo und Sandra sind zwei herzenzgute Menschen. Bei der Ankunft hatten wir ein kurzes Problem mit Leistungsbeschreibung. Der Übersetzer für den deutschen Text hatte im Angebot immer die gesamte Villa angepriesen, das Angebot bezog sich aber nur auf einen Teilbereich. Der Text ist bereits geändert und Angelo konnte das Problem lösen. Ansonsten sind Beschreibung und Fotos exakt auch das was einem in der Realität begegnet. Alles war sehr sauber, die Wohnung(en) geschmackvoll, stilsicher und funktionell eingerichtet. Die Sonnenuntergänge von der Terasse sind ein Traum. Und natürlich Marina die Ragusa ist ein liebenswerter Ort, der ein nichts vermissen läßt. Alle drei Supermärkte sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Strand und das Meer sind ein Traum. Wir kommen gerne zurück. First of all, Angelo and Sandra are two kind-hearted people. Upon arrival we had a brief problem with the service description. The translator for the German text always advertised the entire villa in the offer, but the offer only referred to a partial area. The text has already been changed and Angelo was able to solve the problem. Otherwise, the description and photos are exactly what you encounter in reality. Everything was very clean, the apartment(s) were tastefully, stylishly and functionally furnished. The sunsets from the terrace are a dream. And of course Marina di Ragusa is a lovely place that leaves you wanting for nothing. All three supermarkets are also within walking distance.
