With an ancient history spanning over 300 years, this 17th century cottage has been sympathetically restored and transformed into a spa-like sanctuary. The Cottage boasts a duo of equally inviting double bedrooms, each furnished with king-size beds, as well as a luxury wet room and in-bedroom Catchpole & Rye nickel bathtubs. So, whether you're craving an invigorating freshen-up to kickstart the day or you're yearning for some well-deserved R&R to draw the day to a close, you are suitably fixed.

As if your uniquely luxurious living quarters weren't enough already, your home-from-home also affords an extensive list of facilities to enjoy at your leisure. With a vision to enrich the body and mind, guests are invited to make use of the 20m indoor heated pool and indulge in a blissful moment in the steam room and sauna. Catering to all your wellness needs, the farm also boasts a fully-equipped contemporary gym and revitalising bucket shower.
For the nature enthusiasts, unrestricted access to 18 acres of breathtaking grounds and woodland walks is sure to raise a smile, meanwhile budding wine connoisseurs are encouraged to indulge in a spot of wine tasting at our local vineyard. The opportunity to hire a private chef pledges to make your stay all the more magical, meanwhile an array of event spaces and complimentary access to a private car park complete with electric vehicle charging points is also available.
And finally, for any animal lovers staying at the farm, a visit to our Pygmy Goat enclosure is an absolute must. Friendly, intelligent and absolutely adorable, these miniature residents will be delighted to meet you.
Guest access
Upon arrival to the farm, proceed up the cobbled drive to the electric gates and press the intercom button. The owners will open the gates and then greet you in the car park and show you into the property.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival.
Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.
Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
