"My stay at Maiden’s Hotel in Delhi was truly memorable. The staff was incredibly thoughtful and helpful right from the doorman to the front desk team especially Azajudeen, who made me feel warmly welcomed throughout my stay. "As an international transit traveller in Delhi, I used to city in Aerocity hotel because of their proximity to IGI airport. However, I looked outside and Vivanta in Dwarka is perfect. "Personnel are polite but they make you repeat your request 10 Times. I was given a wrong room for 2 days, they said its international app so they dont seethe type of room i booked. Finally on third day agreed to upgrade the room. For 2 days in a standard room i was not refunded or given complimentary service, they simply said sorry. I would recommend never to stay at this place."

"Premium Delux Room Booked for 2 nights. Breakfast was Not included in this room, even as the booking Agency (Expedia) confirmation says it is. The hotel charged 3894 rupees ie $40 per night (on top per room) for breakfast, so factor that extra cost in. There was also no free welcome drink as advertised and as confirmed on the booking."
