"They had a system disruption at check-in, they could not create the door keys so someone had to manually walk us to our room each time. Minor inconvenience, but I tell you they executed it with grace and friendliness, and I was very surprised at how smooth it went for us. If you didn’t know it, you’d think that’s how they had to do things every day! And to compensate for the inconvenience, they did not take the incidental charge or charge us for parking."

"I arrived from Connecticut around 9:30 with my husband and two kids and there were people lingering out front and my husband witnessed a drug deal right in front of the lobby. I was inside with the kids waiting to be checked in and I called for assistance and took forever for someone to arrive. All night doors were slamming people screaming. "Well, I didn't have big things to complaint about, other than the bathroom zinc, the cold and the hot water cannot mix together. In the zinc, each one located separately. I understand that's an old building, but they still can change certain things. "

"Very friendly staff. Big, clean rooms with ample seating. Kitchen sink and dishes were helpful too. Breakfast was excellent and the staff worked hard to keep on top of everything - replacing food as it was eaten. They did a great job too, even with it always being busy! No complaints!"
