The property lacks maintenance, the upper floor sounded like a gym and kept wailing me up. No towel services and the bed was uncomfortable, also public transportation is about 20 min. Walking distance.

This room was dirty. The blinds were broken along with the heater unit. The place had trash in the kitchen and smelled bad. It was down an alley in an unsafe neighborhood. We found dirty socks on the stairs. The kitchen was very dirty with dishes in the sink. Bedspreads looked like they had never been washed. We would not stay there so we looked for another place and left. The owner refused to return our money of only 1 night. Expedia only offered credits. Out of thousands of places I have stayed at, this was the worst. I would not book here ever! Also, my trust in Expedia is gone.

I did not meet a human. Correspondence was through what's app. The entry is through a code on the door knob. when I arrived the front door was open. There was no one there. The hallways and starts could be cleaner. I left because it did not feel safe. I did not stay at this property.

When I arrived the room was all messy and with trash. It smelled really bad and felt insecure as if someone could enter randomly to it. I entered the room and left straight away, didn’t even stay there.

It was aweful the mattresses were terrible it felt like sleeping on rocks, there were rats the size of my foot, the toilet didn’t flush, late service. In all I would not rent better to just get a hotel.

Heath St is the most disgusting place I have ever been in. Infested with rats and cockroaches in the filthy shared kitchen. One bathroom/toilet for 8 rooms. Nothing provided. No toilet paper, soap or even a towel. We left after 1 night, having paid for 8. This property should not be on Expedia list. I will be pursuing a refund when I return to the UK.

There was nothing about this property to like. From the start there was no communication, a resident of the property had to let us in then after several texts and messages left they sent us a room code. No other communication for 8 days

I don’t understand how this place is even eligible to be on Expedia. All the mattresses were dented or broken you can either feel the springs coming out of the bottom or the bed has a cushion running down the middle to cover the hole. The room was not wiped down or swept. Some items from the previous person that stayed in the room were left behind and was not cleaned for us when we arrived .Window covers are all broken. People are up all hours of the night making a lot of noise floors creek. Bad odor when you walk in the front door. Not a pleasant place. For what it’s worth they can at least clean the room when people arrive and maybe add a plug-in so it doesn’t smell so much or soap to wash your hands. The kitchen is dirty. The microwave is disgusting. They just really need to focus on a lot of cleaning and maybe revamping the place. It has a lot of potential. I will never stay there again. It also took me 20 minutes to get my room opened due to a malfunction on the door lock so waited for someone to come help.

Sheets had stains on them and found bedbugs on BOTH beds as soon as I arrived. There was also not any toilet paper and the room was incredibly small considering how much they charge for it. The two beds barely fit and all there is left is a space in between the beds for you to place your stuff. There isn't even a trashcan inside the room, so you would need to either go down the stairs and go outside and throw your trash away or use the small trashcan in the bathroom.

I booked a Queen and a Twin bed and only got a twin. The whole apartment had this funky smell to it. All the amenities were shared so there which I wasn’t informed about. One of the twin beds had a broken frame and neither one had a box spring underneath. One of the bathroom doors was broken and hard to close, which honestly had me concerned. When I showed up there was someone cleaning but they didn’t speak much English so I couldn’t ask her any questions. I didn’t use the kitchen because I didn’t need to. Also the sheets and pillowcases seem to be constantly reused. I would recommend bringing your own For anyone wanting to stay here just bring your own sheets, some air freshener and definitely don’t make it a long stay if you want to be comfortable.

It was nice. The room has wi-fi and a kitchen near the living room. There's a pool table. The owner is very nice and respectable. The other guests are quiet and it felt pretty safe. The price was really good. Thank you.

Extremely unsafe and frustrating experience. I would not stay here again. From the beginning, this stay was a mess. I was never sent the login/access information I needed to get into my room, and the phone number provided for assistance did not work. When I tried to check in early, I was told I needed to pay an additional $35 directly to them, outside of the booking platform, including being sent options like Zelle/Cash App. I declined and waited until my actual 7 PM check-in time instead. When I arrived, the front door to the property was literally open and would not properly shut, which was already concerning. It became significantly worse when, in the middle of the night, someone repeatedly tried to enter my room. I immediately contacted the property through the app because I had no idea who was attempting to get in. Their response was essentially that they would “call the cleaner.” That did absolutely nothing to make me feel safe and I never heard back ftom them. On top of the security issues, the beds were broken, communication was terrible, and getting basic assistance was unnecessarily difficult. A guest should not have to chase down access information, deal with a nonworking support number, be asked to send money off-platform, arrive to an unsecured building, and then have someone repeatedly attempting to enter their room overnight. The security issues alone make this unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here.
