"Our hotel stay provided an excellent breakfast,with many hot & cold foods to satisfy your empty stomach. Our rooms were also cleaned every day,and were very spacious and well equiped for those that chose to cook their own food. A large bed,air conditioning & a clean modern bathroom were also very much appreciated,and it's only a 5 minute walk to the "T" subway. Ive had no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all friends and family who may choose to holiday in Boston."

When nobody reached out about it we called the phone number online which then they told us that the hotel switched our room so they were no longer going to refund us. "First Time in Boston , I stayed here for 3 weeks and it was a great private clean environment. I appreciate the hospitality that was giving by the property manger."

"The facility appeared to be clean however for the price of the room per night it wasn’t worth it. The room itself had a smell. It honestly smelled like old ramen. The cabinet’s door handles were falling off. The cabinetry was very dated. In the bathroom the sink had cracks in it. This property seems more suitable for a short stay not any extended stay."

"Incredibly clean, exactly what I paid for and more. Rooms have great privacy, are well kept, and have HVAC that regulates room temp well. Excellent customer service, was easily able to contact property managers to discuss personal accommodations and they were more than happy to help. Could not recommend this place enough for an affordable stay in Boston. Easy to get into the city as the station is just a quick walk from the property (and a safe walk at night)."

"The kitchen staff during breakfast was horrific. Everytime we were there, the staff forgot our order and had to be reminded. Delays were upwards of 30 to 45 minutes. Sometimes the order was not prepared correctly. I asked for sunny side up eggs, and got scrambled. Sometimes the food looked like warmed up leftovers. And on Sunday, there was a hair on my food. I retuned it because that was the final straw. Conversely, the dinner staff did a fabulous job preparing fresh, hot food. It was slow, but...

"This is basically a student share, where you will get a room from a kid off for the summer, with shared bathroom (clean enough, but towels provided smelled moldy, so we went out to but a new one). One bed was missing a top sheet, and bottom sheet looked wrinkled, which made us worry about clean sheets. The cleaning lady was very helpful and polite and assured us it was.
