Come enjoy this beautifully appointed Townhome in the private enclave of Sunserra at Crescent Bar. “Above it All” is the perfect destination for those seeking a fun-filled central Washington adventure with friends or family. Enjoy all the activities Crescent Bar has to offer including boating and water sports on the Columbia River, swimming in the semi-private pools, golf, tennis, pickleball, basketball, wine tasting, concerts at the Gorge, and much more!

(Although the home sleeps 6, we can often accommodate families with small children up to 8 guests maximum.)

Parking: There is plenty of room for 2 vehicles to be parked in front of the garage. (Sorry, the garage is not available). You can usually find at least 1 additional spot for parking around the pool. Be sure to keep a parking pass in car.
Boat and RV parking are not allowed in Sunserra, but ask about dry boat storage near the marina for a fee of approximately $40/nt.

Columbia River
* Bring your own boat and launch at the new marina just 3 blocks from the Townhome
(Boat/RV parking available at off-site locations - please inquire about locations and pricing)
* Enjoy world class concerts at the Gorge Amphitheatre – a short 25 min drive from the home
* Fish the Columbia River for bass, salmon, sturgeon and more!
* Basketball, Pickle Ball and Tennis at Sunserra’s semi-private parks
* Enjoy great food and drinks at Sunserra’s Sunfire Grill or Tower Pizza near the marina

The Sunserra heated pools and hot tubs are open weather permitting, typically starting in May through September. The hot tubs are typically open year-round.

(Please no party groups that would disturb the neighbors. Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted. This home is protected with external security cameras outside of the house.)

Close to the fun!

We had a great time here, the property was very clean, there were plenty of towels (and ketchup ;) ) and the beds were some of the best we have had in a VRBO.

This place was perfect. We had 28 family members staying at different properties and we were all in walking distance to each other. This was the first family vacation we have had with all 28 of us together and we had a fabulous time. The host always got right back to us and the place was so clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable as well.

Great Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed a long weekend with 2 other couples. The proximity to the pool was fantastic and we enjoyed playing golf and exploring the river. This home could not have been more perfect. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Home had everything we needed . Slept great. Would have loved to take advantage of the free golf but didn’t get a chance . We found out too late that u can still golf after the shop hours so check that out!

Awesome Family Trip to Crescent Bar!

I’ve been going to CB for nearly 30 years. We take our boat over every year. We found this place on VRBO and booked it for our family of four. The hosts were excellent. Very organized and communicative. The condo had everything and that made all the difference with two little kids. House was clean. Well decorated. Beds were great. Lots of parking. Pool/hottub was so close! We made great memories once again this year!

This place seriously is great!

My friends and I rented this place for a weekend festival at the Gorge amphitheater and stayed here. Several times throughout the weekend, people in our group kept commenting, "this place is so nice!" The beds are seriously comfortable and they have nice linens too - nice quality mattresses and bedding. The owners provided anything we needed. They provided tons of towels, extra bedding, dishes, etc. The AC also was fantastic at keeping our place super cold even though it was almost 100 out. The pool is right there and is great also. There is nothing I would change about this place. It'll be my regular rental for any shows at the gorge! Will be back!

We had a great stay; the place is beautiful, our host very responsive. when we had a small glitch getting in (no fault of theirs, just life) they problem solved with us. it was a fantastic place to stay and a great experience interacting with them

An Oasis near the Gorge Ampitheater!

This unit was wonderful. So clean, the bedrooms were comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil we needed to make some delicious dinners! We used the pool area and it was also clean and right out our front door. The backyard is at the base of a cliff making it a beautiful location and view! We would definitely stay here again for our next concert at the Gorge Ampitheater.

The stay was great!

I have stayed at multiple locations at Crescent Bar in this community and I found this has been the best one so far that I have stayed at. Very clean, nice commicated labels everywhere. Kitchen was nicely stocked and liked having the games there too.
