The Space
Our newly built 2,000 sq. ft. home is located at the end of a quiet road, offering tranquility and a scenic walking trail leading to Quincy Beach. With easy access to buses and the Boston subway, you can enjoy the perfect blend of nature and city life.

Two cozy living rooms, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Curl up on the comfy sofa, watch your favorite shows on the TV, and enjoy some quality downtime.

Fully equipped with all the essentials you need to cook up your favorite meals and feel right at home. Whether it's a quick breakfast or a family dinner, everything is here.

Wedding

Jenny was responsive, helpful, and kind in assisting with our questions and needs. Home provided an abundance of space, extremely clean, and everything we needed for our time in the Boston area. Roadway is slow, but when traffic is heavy backing out of driveway is tough. Tip - back in when you return to house, as pulling forward is a breeze. Take advantage of Caddy Memorial Park where you can walk around both a wetlands area and ocean across the street and free parking.

Great Stay with a Responsive Host!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The check-in process required a bit of communication to sort out the codes (I will never be mad about updated codes to make sure everything is secure). Jenny was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was resolved quickly—no issues getting in. The space was exactly what we needed, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy our trip. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Retreat from Boston

Family get-away

There were 11 of us... 10 adults and a 2 year old child. The house had plenty of room and was clean. There were plenty of bath towels and washcloths available for showers. The hosts were great and answered my questions right away. The house was convenient to Boston and the drive in wasn't terrible. There is a bus stop just a few houses down if that's an option for your family. Upon arrival we were concerned about getting in and out of the driveway but we never had a problem as the road isn't crazy busy. We never did find the nature trail but we weren't at the house much to search for it. All in all the house was great for our family trip and we would stay here again!

There were 17 members of family, children and adults There was plenty of space to sleep and socialize Check in was easy very clean . Comfortable beds. Location within walking distance several beaches and nice playground we had wonderful time. Spent Fourth of July 2024 watching fireworks on the beach

Some of the windows blinds are broken, kitchen cabinets drawers don't open or close properly, and the kitchen stove fan handle is broken. The apartment doesn't have any iron , i communicate with the agent she directed me to fewer places to look for it and after that, she never got back to me. Overall, i enjoyed staying with the family. i had a great time.

Large Family Trip

We had 12 adults in our group. There was plenty of room for us. Very clean space. A nice place to sit and hang out before our day and at the end of each day. We didn't really use the kitchen so I'm not sure about that. Bathrooms had plenty of towels for our big group. Beds were comfy. We were about a 20-30 min drive from Boston unless it was during high traffic times in the morning.

Great Place for a large group

This place was perfect for our High School US History Trip. Great location. Close enough to all the historical sights with out being in the middle of the city. Nice neighborhood. There were a few maintenance issues, but nothing major that affected our trip. Owner was quick to respond and take care of issues. We had a wonderful trip and would stay here again. Thank You!

Clean apartment in a nice location

My family and I had a nice stay here. It’s a clean house in a nice spot by the water. The lovely walking path is out back. We had a small hiccup at the checkin, but the host was responsive and sorted it out so we had enough bedrooms for everyone. For such a place with so many beds, it didn’t have a huge living room and lacked a dishwasher, but for us, it worked out fine as we were out most of the day. If you have a house full of little kids it may get a little tight but there were lots of tvs!

Graduation stay for large family

We went to Boston for a college graduation. I was able to find this place about 20 minutes from downtown. It was large enough to accommodate my family, my brother’s family, my sister’s family and my mother. The apartment fit all of us and there was a room for every family plus a room for all of the kids. It had a washer & dryer and a nice kitchen for us to cook breakfasts in. We found the apartment nice and clean and welcoming. It was a great location and a nice and quiet place to relax. The furniture and beds we’re comfortable too! We would definitely stay again!
