"The property is beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of Nantucket and other cities. The staff was very accommodating and the shuttles ran every hour into town till 11:00 pm for when you wanted to go in. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Nantucket. Topper’s was an exceptional dining experience. I felt like I was an extra in The Bear series."

"We LOVE 21 Broad. We make it a point to stay here whenever we come to Nantucket. It’s so charming. The staff are all friendly and helpful every single time. The morning coffee and continental breakfast is great - there are a lot of options from yogurts, to gf doughnuts, to eggs with a savory salt. Yum! The back patio is quiet and cozy. You can’t beat the location. There is a bonus front porch with chairs for people watching or just resting your legs after a day of shopping at all the great shops...

"Great locations; easy walk to everything: shops, restaurants, beaches, ferry and bus stop. This is a small guest house with 4 rooms, nice sitting area large table in dinning room and small porch. Very clean. One maid present during the day otherwise no staff. Would definitely stay here again. "

We enjoyed the outdoor seating area, complimentary breakfast and beach towels/chairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We hope to be back in the future!"

"Mi habitación en Chapman House con cama queen es una de las pequeñas del hotel (esto lo supe desde antes de reservar ya que decía ‘compact queen’) pero la decoración de la habitación y el baño la hacen sentirse más espaciosa gracias a los tonos aqua y blanco. Cama muy cómoda, todo en perfecto estado y recientemente renovado con tema náutico/marítimo en la habitación. Me encantó esto dentro de una casa histórica ya que no se sacrifica comodidad pero tampoco se pierde el ambiente histórico....
