"A large spacious studio room, well equipped. New facility, so lovely bathroom and the washing machine and dryer were a bonus. Large window to enjoy the view of the mountains. Average gym - some hand weights would be a good addition. Location is in airport precinct and near two new shopping centres at Remarkables Park. Easy to drive around and get what you need rather than being in congested and crowded Queenstown."

"The first one given to us was dirty, not inspected before being occupied by us because there are still clothes hanging from other guests, socks, lying by the laundry, dust all over the room. I will attach picture as evidence.."

"At check in I had asked for upgrade as I am reward member. I was told they would call my room once upgrade was available. Never got a call. There 3 nights. When I got to my room I noticed how dirty it was. Hair on toilet seat and lid, crumbs on floor, bugs on counter and fridge. Walls in bathroom all splashed up and stained. I could go on and on about how gross I felt and how the floors were sticky and how there was no place to put toiletries in bathroom, but what did me in was the FILTHY bed...

The heater in the toilet did not work, the carpet is old and damaged, and the entire apartment is dark with unpleasant decoration. There are visible maintenance issues, such as broken wall paint and a loose shower head. Water pressure is extremely low. The layout of the property is confusing and uncomfortable. "The place wasn’t clean at all. Couch’s and rugs needed cleaning. No dish towels, not enough toilet paper, no way to communicate to the property owners other than through Expedia, They gave.us one lousy key. If we had lost that keys it would have been days before we got back in. Soap containers in the shower were half full. Ran out of towels and at least they gave us more. Two days no gas. Gas was turned off. No hot showers. No hot anything. Owner didn’t even mention a credit or discount...

"I had 2 massive spiders on the celling in my room and these unusual little flies in my room when i phoned reception they came down and handed me a can of fly spray and said just leave on the bench until morning when finished lol??"

"We stayed in two different rooms as we added a night last minute. The decor was fun; the bathrooms were exquisite; the space spacious. Breakfast was delightful and tasty. Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. A delightful stay."

"One of the best hotels in New Zealand. I would give it seven stars. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Room was spacious and very luxurious. La carte breakfast was excellent. Mini bar was well stocked. It felt like home away from home."

"The location is great. The room size and amenities are great . The room is updated and bathroom feels large and modern. Our room gave us a bit of lake view as well. It is hard to beat the location for the price. The only downside was that our room was on the higher floor and we had heavy Bags, so had to carry our bags up as there was no elevator - but it wasn’t really a big deal . Overall very happy with our stay "
