"We stayed in two different rooms as we added a night last minute. The decor was fun; the bathrooms were exquisite; the space spacious. Breakfast was delightful and tasty. Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. A delightful stay."

"The Spire is a lovely hotel right in the middle of the action in Queenstown. Our experience here really is a story in two parts. First, though, I must say that everyone working at the Spire was incredible and accommodating. They did their best to anticipate and address all of our needs, and were incredibly thoughtful and welcoming the entire stay. Our first two nights were spent in a Spire Suite, which was an upgrade offered to use because we were concerned about the sound in the Laneway Suite...

"The location is great. The room size and amenities are great . The room is updated and bathroom feels large and modern. Our room gave us a bit of lake view as well. It is hard to beat the location for the price. The only downside was that our room was on the higher floor and we had heavy Bags, so had to carry our bags up as there was no elevator - but it wasn’t really a big deal . Overall very happy with our stay "

"We stayed in two studio lakeview apartments. The first one (109) had great views, but kitchen facilities could do with an upgrade (had to ask for a plate and the frypan was poor quality). The second one (409) seemed larger and was better equipped. Enjoyed having a washer and dryer. Buffet breakfast in hotel was expensive for what it was - again could do with an upgrade. "

"Loved the Crowne Plaza at Queenstown. Check in was easy and the staff were lovely. I’d mentioned in the bookings that we were staying for my mums 70th birthday and waiting in the room was a birthday dessert treat for her. It was a lovely little surprise. We had a lake view room - amazing view, great size room with two queen beds. Everything was clean and well maintained. Great location - central to everything. Walking distance to all shops etc. The wharf directly opposite had great dining...
