"From the moment we arrived at QT Queenstown, we felt genuinely welcomed. We happened to check in on a Friday when the hotel was offering their complimentary afternoon activity, a relaxing 15-minute shoulder massage, which was the perfect way to unwind after our flight. "We had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.
