"Very good location. Good food and services. Clean and comfortable room. Just a problem, there are some guests who used the public hallways as their backyard ! They smoked and let their children running around, yelling all the times despite the privacy of other people."

"Friendly staff, comfy bed, it’s a new Hotel, also near the railway station. They hired a driver for us to get to Paradise Cave and Phong Nha Cave.

"Our room was clean and spacious although we would have preferred 1 queen bed. We like that they provided rubber slippers instead of the cloth ones and their wifi has a fast connection. They also assisted us for our luggages from when we arrived until checking out.The free buffet breakfast was really nice, there were many Vietnamese dish selections so we were excited to try them all and they taste very good!"

There is no lift but there are only two floors and the stairs are very wide and shallow.
The rooms are large, very clean, but fairly basic; the beds are very comfortable with beautfully clean bed linen. Television reception isn't great, internet connection is usually adequate but does go down...

"We just used hotel as quick stop over after activities in phong nha and I wish we had stayed elsewhere ....the hotel staff weren't able to help us due to language barrier they weren't geared for foreign travelers "

"This place is clean. We enjoyed the private pool. However, the resort has only been in operation this year so there are a few facilities not running yet like the gym. Sauna is not free to access, and most common services like the common pool and beach services are not open until 6.30 am which is a bit late for an early bird like me.
