1.停車設計，車道上下同一個動線，加上車道不寬，遇到會車有點尷尬。B2是平面車位，B3是機械式，車格寬度有分大小，需要留意一下。 2.房間，走廊，餐廳整個設計偏老舊，甚至有不少地方都已經泛黃變色、脫漆等等 3.餐廳認真建議可以考慮移到高樓層處，畢竟飯店地點位處台中市中心，用餐過程有城市景搭配還不錯。若無變更，至少現有的餐廳擺設跟燈光能重新設計過，不要是昏暗的，這真的有點可惜了那些餐點 ...
