"홍보 사진과 다르게 수영장 선베드 없고, 의자만 있습니다. 수영장에서 쉬는 휴가를 즐기기엔 적합하지 않았습니다. 방내부는 적당한 사이즈에 청결하였으나, 냉장고는 전혀 시원하지 않았습니다. 컨시어지 직원들이 친절하여 그나마 좋은 인상을 남긴 호텔이었습니다."

"受付がどこなのか分かりづらかったです。 一名、担当の方がいて、対応してもらいました。その方はとても親切でした。 15時までチェックインできないと思っていましたが、早めにチェックインできたので助かりました。荷物の預かりをしていなかったので、もしチェックインできなければ、荷物の置き場所に困ったと思います。 ロビーが利用する人数の割に狭いので、椅子 が十分ではありませんでした。 ホテルは清潔に保たれてはいましたが、下水の臭いがすることと、シャワーの水圧が弱いことが残念でした。 今回の部屋にはランドリーの設備があったので、水着を洗濯できてよかったです。 チェックアウト後の荷物は、スーツケース1つにつき、5RMで預かってもらえました。カードキーと料金をスーツケースの上に置いておくと、希望した時間にロビーまで持って降りてもらえました。チェックアウトが大変スムーズだと感じました。 ..."
