"The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! The private patio was great for breakfast and made the space bigger including the roof deck on the one day it rained to cool us...

"We had an amazing time! Your property is one of the prettiest, most unique places we’ve ever stayed. We loved the pool and all the beautiful plants/trees made us feel like we were in our own private paradise."

"Words can’t describe what a wonderful stay this was. location was perfect with the Villa being steps away from the beach. Daily walks to restaurants and bars on and off the beach, waterfalls 45min away, Downtown 10min away, Domes Beach is a must, boat/snorkle excursion, plus so much more we explored around the area. We also rented the 1st floor so our family and friends could stay close but also have their own space. It worked out perfectly! The rooftop was great for morning views and coffee...

"Great property! Excellent for big groups. Everything is exactly as it's described. We found so many fun things to do in the area, but it was also hard to leave the house because we enjoyed the beach and relaxing there. We were there in the off season, so not really any waves on the beaches. But it made for amazing snorkeling and spearfishing. Beach in front of the property is clean, not very crowded, and sandy. You have to drive to Rincon for grocery stores, restaurants, etc, but it's only about...

"We absolutely loved our stay! Our group of 15 fit comfortably in the space, and everyone had an amazing time. The pool and views were simply breathtaking — the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of Puerto Rico. We were thrilled to be within walking distance to a gorgeous swimming beach, and just a quick 10-minute drive to all the excitement of downtown. This Vrbo was truly beautiful and made our trip to Puerto Rico even more special. Highly recommend!"

"Everything was perfect space and cleanliness and view places to eat nearby "

"Very Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice. I didn’t take any photos of the place because we were mostly out sightseeing but the photos in the description are Very Accurate. I would definitely rent from them again!!!"
