Viatges a Punta Robalo

Tuve una muy buena experiencia. El lugar estaba limpio, bien ubicado y el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia. El proceso de check-in fue rápido y todo funcionó tal como se esperaba. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomendaría a quienes busquen una opción cómoda, con buen servicio y una excelente relación calidad-precio.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the lively Casco Viejo district. Museums, restaurants, shops, and the waterfront are all within easy walking distance. There was always something happening in the square across from the hotel entrance, from live music to graduation celebrations and photography sessions, making the area feel vibrant and full of energy. The breakfast staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, juices, and a made-to-order omelet station, making it a great way to start the day. The biggest drawback, and the reason I would hesitate to stay here again, was the noise. The rooms offer very little sound insulation. We could clearly hear full conversations from the room next door, and children were running through the hallways well past midnight. The rooms also overlook an atrium where music played late into the evening. Unfortunately, what surprised us most was being awakened at 2:00 a.m. by hotel staff vacuuming. The vacuum ran for about 30 minutes, and it was loud enough that I checked the clock because I couldn't believe housekeeping was vacuuming in the middle of the night. If you're looking for a hotel in the center of all the action, the location and service are excellent. However, if you're a light sleeper or value a quiet night's rest, you may want to consider choosing a different property.

The mattress was really hard and some of the lights were broken. They need to be more on top of their repairs etc

It’s not a bad hotel but it’s not a good one either…. For a well seasoned traveler that enjoys amenities. Pros Clean property Rooms are nice & up to date Friendly staff Nice view of the rain forest from your room if you’re booked on that side Cons They will charge you for food on your first and last day of stay even though you have an all inclusive stay They will not give you your all inclusive wrist band until 3pm on the dot even though we checked into our rooms at 240pm they made us come back downstairs 20 mins later for our wrist bands Tour is advertised as sloths but you don’t see sloths, just butterflies and trees Tour is only in Spanish WiFi gave out on day 2 of stay There are NO restaurants on location - just ONE buffet with 6 options for food There are no sitting areas - just by the pool… that’s it that is all Room service is only offered if you pay for the food The buffet is very limited - about 6 items served An example day 3 of our stay breakfast at the buffet was as follows - omelet station scrambled eggs bacon beef Spanish omelet oatmeal corn tortilla and hash browns. This is NOT a buffet but more of an upgraded continental breakfast shower takes about 5 mins to heat up Balcony glass is VERY shaky so be careful The free shuttle takes you to the mall and doesn’t come back until FOUR HOURS LATER It feels like you’re at someone’s bbq instead of a resort I really wish I would’ve stayed somewhere else would not recommend.
