"The room was beautiful, modern, clean and had good amenities. There is a view of the ocean. It is within walking distance of the boardwalk. We were happy our dog could stay too. Our only complaint (very minor) is that it would be nice if there were more shelves and/or hooks in the bathroom. Thank-you so much for the hospitality!"

"Perfect home base to explore the East side of PEI. House was clean, comfortable and hosts very accommodating. A short drive to Basin Head beach, aka Singing Sands beach, close to Fireworks Feast at Bay Fortune and golfing options nearby as well. We very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this spot to others! "

"We had a wonderful stay at Cathy’s place in Souris! The property was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect — peaceful and scenic, yet close to town and local attractions. Cathy was a warm and attentive host who made us feel right at home. "We appreciated the view of the ocean and sights of many beautiful birds. The private and quiet setting allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our stay. The swimming pool was a great bonus which we took advantage off. Bothwell beach was stunning and just a short 2 min drive from the cottage. The cottage itself was spacious and was well equipped."

"Small but sufficient. Perfect spot for our family getaway . Traveled with our daughters 7&9 and our bulldog. Loved the easy access to the water and our daily low tide strolls right infront of the cottage. Small town of Souris is just a short drive away with all the amenities you need. "

"We loved being on the ocean.the property was amazing. Beautiful fowers. A garden with herbs ,beans which we used.peppers too. The kitchen was well stocked. We took our dog with us. Loved the camp fire which was all set to go. The place was very clean. David the host was very nice person. One more comfortable chair in the living area would be nice.Also in the fall it would be nice to have had a duvet on the the large and comfortable bed. We really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this...

"Our stay was absolutely incredible - the house and beach were even better than the photos. The host, Amanda, has thought of everything you could possibly need, and has curated a beautiful home with really nice items and products to use. The location is close to really great beaches, like Greenwich and Basin Head, and a quick drive into Souris for groceries. "Spacious, clean, comfortable, modern beach house with exceptionally well–equipped gourmet kitchen.Peaceful/relaxing and oh..that spectacular view!Had a wonderful time with our family of four but could easily accommodate more than twice that many.We especially enjoyed the screened-in decks with the provided binoculars for bird/wildlife watching.Alex was a good host and we would gladly stay there again without hesitation!"
