    Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules:

    - An open rooftop from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM Monday to Sunday.
    - A gym open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
    - The pool is closed on Wednesdays until 3 pm for maintenance reasons.

    📌 Other things to note
    *** Please note that this property is for sale and, occassionally we might request a showing of the property to potential buyers.

    - Access wristbands will be provided at check-in and must be worn while using the common areas during your stay.
    - You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
    - Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
    - Renters must be at least 25 years old.
    - Smoking is NOT allowed within the individual units or balconies nor any of the common areas or amenity spaces including the rooftop.
    - There is a $300-pesos fee to use the rooftop grill.

    Visitor's policy: Up to two visitors are allowed. They must provide ID at the entrance and leave by 10 PM. Visitors will have access to the condominium and pool, but not to the gym or other common areas.

Perfect Location

A great unit that was central to bars, restaurants, everything we needed. Balcony wasn’t really useable as it was very narrow, and didn’t get sun, but it was still a nice feature to get some fresh air into the unit. Found it difficult to get pool loungers but it was a great pool with a pretty nice view. Overall it was a nice unit/building and we would stay here again.

Time with friends

This condo in the Avida was a great place for two couples who have traveled the world together to enjoy Puerto Vallarta. My wife and I knew the building from last year, and we promised our friends they would be impressed. From the moment they entered the condo and saw the view north toward the cathedral and out to Banderas Bay, they were taken. We enjoyed the location and the convenience of a full kitchen for the meals we prepared for ourselves. There was enough privacy that we didn't trip over each other, and we wrapped up our time in P.V. with thoughts of returning.

Nice But

Well located and very well equipped. The property manager was easy to contact and pleasant. Received a Surprise notice right before I left that a new condo blocked some of the view. That was an understatement. A wall 5 feet away took up most of the living room window. In the early morning We had a large 3 sided glass shower door spontaneously explode throwing glass everywhere. Management responded very quickly to clean it up but that shower was then unusable. Shards of glass were still on the shower floor and in the metal door frame. I was concerned about the stability of the building. I do not recommend this property.

Luxurious stay in Puerto Vallarta

I loved the property. The furnishings were generally very nice and inviting except for the kitchen. The kitchen is in the middle of the main room and looks like it would be easy to use for meal preparation. I thought it was a gourmet kitchen - dishwasher, 5 element cook top, great stove, great fridge. However, I soon discovered that the utensils were not able to provide meant a real cooking experience: all knives were dull with the main knife broken and difficult to use; there were no other kitchen utensils such as peelers, large food preparation bowls; no dishes for use in the oven, etc. And there was only a small fry pan, a tiny sauce dish and a larger fry pan/dish. None of these were able to go into the oven. Simply put, the kitchen did not match the rest of the wonderful apartment. However, despite the kitchen shortcomings, this is not stop me from cooking - only from cooking with ease. I shared these thoughts with the management company. I would book here again but would raise the issue of the incomplete kitchen next time.
