This hotel is good
There are definitely positives
Beautiful beach plenty of activities throughout the day
The cons
The hotel is small and looks tired especially the jacuzzi area
Service is good/ok - might be a busy time
The buffet is poor - old, aged, cold food, not kept well
Mexican restaurant not good - non edible
Steak house and Asian excellent
Not so generous with amenities
Ran out of towels at the pool
Service poor at the pool unless pay for a cabana
We were at Garza Blanca prior which I would categorize as a 5 star and paid the same per night
By the way don’t forget sunscreen
They charge 45 dollars per bottle :)
If you have kids they might enjoy ziva
But if your looking for luxury do Garza
