Summary:

Enjoy your beach vacation in one of the most luxurious condos. This is a huge 2 bed, 2,5 bath condo w/ a large balcony right on the ocean. You have stunning views and sunsets from the terrace, and amazing views from inside! Condo has Gourmet kitchen. The resort features easy beach access right in front to relax. The resort has a 2 very large pools (1 is heated!), a Hot Tub and a play pool overlooking the ocean. The community is gated and has patrol staff 24/7. Fitness center can be used for a fee.



The Neighborhood:

The resort has fun onsite restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream store, 2 beautiful pools, one of which is heated, and community hot tub.



Our two-bedroom condo is nestled in the beautiful neighborhood of Sandy Beach in Puerto Peñasco. Sandy Beach offers a pristine coastline with soft, golden sand and a tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for a beach vacation.



As you step out from the condo, you'll find yourself just moments away from the inviting shores of Sandy Beach. Take leisurely walks along the coastline, sink your toes into the warm sand, or find a peaceful spot to lounge under the sun. The calm waters of the Sea of Cortez provide the perfect opportunity for swimming, splashing, and enjoying various water activities.



Sandy Beach is also home to a vibrant culinary scene. Nearby, you'll find a variety of restaurants to satisfy your taste buds. Some popular options include:



Wrecked at the Reef: This beachfront restaurant offers a relaxed atmosphere, delicious seafood dishes, and refreshing cocktails. Enjoy a meal with a view of the ocean and soak in the beach vibes.



Mar Blu: Known for its stunning ocean views, Mar Blu offers an upscale dining experience with a focus on fresh seafood and innovative dishes. Indulge in a culinary journey while enjoying the panoramic vistas.

The resort is under construction and you will hear some light construction noises during the daytime hours.

Amazing property

This stay exceeded our expectations. Lovely property, and the floor plan worked so well traveling with teenager- plenty of space for family to spread out. Incredible views of sunsets. Host very responsive and considerate- we even added a day to our trip we didn’t want to leave! 10/10, would definitely return in the future.

We loved the place and the jacuzzi tub was awesome. This was the best place we have ever stayed at and to have Deagos teki bare on property was both nice and convenient. The beach was just steps away and the water was worm.we will definitely go back. The host was both friendly and spoke English with quick responce time. Thanks for a great weekend.

Amazing stay

The condo was absolutely beautiful. The property grounds were clean and even with construction the going on during the day time hours noise was minimal. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The beds at the condo were comfortable. At the time of my stay it was humid out so I asked if they could accommodate a lower setting for the AC and staff was extremely helpful and prompt with any and all requests. The views from the condo were amazing all the food and coffee shop on sit was delicious. You don’t really need to venture out if you don’t want to.

Very nice place to stay

This condo is at a great location on Sandy Beach and a newer resort. It’s a beautiful condo with comfortable beds, cold AC, a beautiful view, and so much more. The only thing lacking is in the kitchen area. Items like mixing bowls, scissors, and a wine opener would’ve been nice to have but certainly not prevent us from staying here again.

New development

Was a good stay. Found a few things in the condo that needed to be fixed... nothing that interfered with our stay. They were fixed immediately. Keep in mind that this is a new development with construction going on so there's pros and cons. I knew it was under construction and that made it nice because we literally had the pool to ourselves during the week. Very good communication and very nice views. Also hard to find a condo with 2 king beds. I have back issues and they were comfortable enough for me to sleep.

Beautiful property and 5 star service!

This property is beautiful, spacious, and clean. The outdoor space has incredible views of the ocean and sunset. Very close to Wrecked at the Reef, one of our favorite places to eat. Scott was always easy to reach and made sure that our stay was a wonderful experience. We can't wait to stay here again!

Amazing Condo in Rocky Point

We had an amazing stay at the Esmeralda Resort condo in Rocky Point! The resort's beauty left us in awe, and the condo itself was both elegant and comfortable. Scott, our host, was exceptional—attentive and accommodating. The proximity to Wrecked at the Reef, Changos, and other restaurants made dining a breeze. Despite ongoing construction at the resort, it didn't significantly impact our experience. Highly recommend for a delightful getaway!

Beautiful views! Loved Balcony and layout of unit!

This unit is beautiful, clean, amazing views and location in regards to beach and driving distance to town. The responsiveness of the person looking after the unit was excellent! We had a few concers tgat we let tge owner/manager know about and were dealt with immediately. The things listed in what were in tge unit wee better than listed. There was a clean water spigot, there was a blender, the fridge had ice. The bed in tge extra room is extremely soft- so good to know if you are person(s) who prefers firmer beds. The firniture is comfortable on deck and in the suite. Our big disappointment was that the hot tub didn't heat up while we were at the unit. We asked about it everyday and every day we were told it would be available tomorrow. Would have preferred to be told that it is never heated in the off season or that it was broken down. This is our main reaon for not giving a perfect score for this unit. We expected and wanted a hot tub - one of the reasons we chose this location.

Awesome place to stay

This unit was a perfect size and well laid out (Split Floorplan). Our host Scott is awesome, he contacted us as soon as we arrived to ensure the unit met our expectations and to let us know that he was available anytime if we need anything. This is the second time we stayed at this unit, it is very clean (above average), The furniture is comfortable, especially the king size beds. The views are spectacular from anywhere in the unit, especially when sitting on the large deck overlooking the beach and pool. The location is perfect for shopping, dining out or just walking in the sand along the water.
