Enjoy the sun and sea in beautiful Las Conchas! Recently constructed ocean front modern-style home available for your great times with family & friends.

Open and spacious floorplan provides incredible light throughout the home. Amazing views allow you to see the sand, the waves, and the passing dolphins from the comfort of the great room or the patio.

The home has 4 large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower. One bedroom contains a king size bed, 2 have queen beds, and one room contains a full/twin size bunk bed. The house will easily accommodate 10 guests.

Sand toys and kayaks available for young and adult guests to make this an incredible vacation for your friends and family.

I don’t want to say how great this place because we don’t want it to get fully booked. It’s that perfect!!! We stayed with my parents and our teenagers and all three generations LOVED it. Gorgeous views, open space, fabulous deck, quiet, close to town, and this house has everything you need. We had a private chef come in, we had massage therapists come in, we used the toys in the garage, watched movies, and had the most peaceful quiet coffee mornings and cocktail evenings. Host is wonderful and the house is beautiful. You’ll love it! Kitchen is definitely well equipped if you want to cook. We did thanksgiving here all we brought was a roasting pan and a carving knife- they had everything else. ready planning our next stay here.

We enjoyed our 4 days on the beach. The house had everything we needed and the location was exactly what we were looking for. Juan was quick to respond and was very flexible.I would recommend his place on the beach to anyone looking for a nice place oceanfront stay.

Family Getaway

4 day trip. Absolutely beautiful place. Freezer doesn't freeze so take not. There is a WalMart just minutes away just in case. Stunning views. Big patio. Garage but must park in driveway due to all the items in the garage. Which qas fine. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing,well equipped home. Ocean front. Beautiful views and very comfortable home. Patio furniture and every beach toy you can imagine. Owner was VERY communicative, super easy chexk in and out process.

Great Stay

Spent a week here with family and kids. Very nice place, right on the beach. Had some communication issues with manager, but was resolved. Recommend more paper products for stays of a week and am used to purified water being supplied. Had a great time and cooked a bunch of wonderful meals with enough pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Only place I've stayed with a functional dishwasher. Very nice place with few issues.

Beautiful Mexico

This country is so kind to Americans. Full of culture and beauty near the ocean. This is a beautiful home. Large and open....accommodating...big picturesque windows. We had everything we needed. Thank you Juan for sharing your home for us to create memories.

Perfect family vacation home

This home was stunning and convenient. The neighborhood was quiet yet it had a lot of options to stay busy. Less than 10 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. The home not only provided the essentials it also came with many options for games, and water toys, beach chair and other items. The beach was sandy and was safe for kids to play in too. The host was responsive and accommodating as well. We will definitely stay here again and will make sure to recommend to our friends and family. Thank you for hosting the Garcia family!

Beautiful home!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The picture window looking out at the beach was the first thing we noticed upon arrival. Las Conchas beaches are the best in Puerto Penasco. Thank you!

Long weekend

The location couldn't be better! Right on the beach and away from the touristy chaos down by the pier. The house could use a little TLC but the kitchen is well stocked for whatever cooking/grilling needs you have and there are plenty of water toys and equipment. The ocean was very rough for most of our stay so we couldn't use any of them but we were able to enjoy long beach walks and star gazing. The early morning sky is spectacular and we were blessed with some dolphins playing in the ocean right in front of the house one evening!

Beautiful home! Will definitely stay again!

We brought our 3 teens and my mom here for vacation when my brother was getting married in RP. The location was great and not too far into Las conchas, and the beach was beautiful and weather and water were perfect in the end of October. The home was absolutely stunning. View was amazing. The host was friendly and communicated with us well and was accommodating to an early check in. The kitchen was stocked with paper towels, and plenty of kitchen towels. The bathrooms had plenty of towels but they were a bit starchy feeling. The steps can be a bit tricky to see on the patio and in the hallway of the home so be careful. There are no curtains on the windows in the kitchen and living room so it made it difficult to see the tv in the afternoon/ evenings and didn't give privacy from neighbors. Also, it didn't look like the rugs in the bedrooms had ever been vacuumed. Also there was a guy named Peter than came around and offered breakfast burritos and other services and the burritos were amazing. We will definitely return here again in the future. Highly recommend!

A good deal

This home is a pretty good deal--not overly fancy but practical and right on the beach. Many toys in the garage made it possible for kids to float and snorkel and kayak. It suited our needs.

Great house right on the beach

House is fully stocked and right on the beach, with stairs down to the beach and an out door shower at beach level. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Views are to die for. Patio furniture is comfy and all the toys you could ever want are in the garage. Kitchen cabinets need some work, two cabinet doors were off their hinges. Garage isn’t set up to park in.
