Guests have full use of the Mayan Palace Resort and Grand Mayan facilities & beach (approximately 2 miles from the Villa): daily resort activities for adults & children, indoor and outdoor pools, Lazy River, swim-up bar, computer and Internet access room, tennis, secluded private beach, restaurants and bars (inside & beach front), Fitness Center and Health Spa. Also, EcoFun rental adventures, located at the Mayan Palace pool area, offers many local activities for guests.

Guests also have access to the Jack Nicklaus Signature Peninsula golf course for a special preferred rate of $79 USD which includes green fees, cart and range balls.

Villa backs the Sea of Cortes estuary with a rooftop Sky Terrace with wet bar and fireplace for those spectacular Sea of Cortes SUNSETS and mountain views and private backyard pool with charcoal BBQ and outdoor covered patio area. Each bedroom has its own entrance with its own private patio.

Just a 20 mile drive to downtown Rocky Point shopping, local fresh seafood market, local entertainment, water sport activities, cinema and marina. Only 4 miles from the new Mar de Cortes International airport.

Great experience with a great price for a Puerto Penasco vacation

Very clean place, everything worked perfect , comfortable beds , modern kitchen& bathrooms. About 2 miles from Gran Mayan resort wher we enjoyed all resort amenities . Friendly people, great mexican & seafood. Highly recommended, very good price vs. Staying at the Mayan resort. Thank you.

Self care

The stay was amazing. The vila was welcoming and made for a great relaxing setting. Pool was not heating so didn’t get chance to use it. No one else around though full neighborhood of villas. Location was far out but easy to get around with your own vehicle. Dirt roads . Guards and check points to ensure your in the right areas. The resort was out of this world. Nothing but a blast while there. Swim up bar beach front oversized hot tubs with all the great friendly helpful staff major win. First time in Mexico so was scary to see armed guards coming in to the country but that was just in the very beginning. Stores aren’t close so plan ahead. Drive to a Rocky point was 25ish mins on dirt roads but once get to the city it’s beautiful views everywhere. Just what was needed to refresh. Definitely returning

Home were better than we expected, updated TVs with app, everything in the house worked perfectly. If you looking for quiet and relaxing stay this is the place. Very accessible price. Exceed our expectations. Easy access to the, I would say private beach at the Mayan palace. Overall was great.

Great place to stay. Clean, nice pool, great kitchen. Can’t wait to go back. Close to the hotel and golf course. They say the bridge is out, but large trucks drive over it and so did we, otherwise you have to drive around and adds 10 min.

Quiet and secluded home

We had a great time once we were able to get to the house, the staff at the grand Mayan were very helpful with helping us get to the house as the bridge was out and we had to go around, make sure you tell the gate keeper you are staying at Mayan Lakes to gain access.! House was clean water needs to be run in all drains to eliminate smell of sewer once we did that it the smell was gone. Had no issues with internet or streaming, views from the top patio were amazing! The children like having access to pools at the Grand Maya. Unfortunately the lazy river was down for maintenance.

We love it there

We're frequent visitors there. There was a bad smell coming from the plumbing this time. We couldn't find a solution. We tried flushing scented soap in every drain, but could never figure it out. When we got there this time, there was no permission paper for us to get our wrist bands to the resort. We had to wait until the Kivoya was open and get one from Carmen. Our family who rented the unit next door had one waiting for them when they showed up. It was quite inconvenient that the bridge was out. It will be much better when it's fixed. Overall, we had a really good time and will be back!
