One large king bedroom with SMART flat screen TV, 1 bath with shower, private office, spacious living room with SMART flat screen TV, dining room with seating for 4, a sleek modern kitchen, laundry room, plus a 1 car garage for your convenience. Hardwood floors throughout, sophisticated modern decor, all new furniture, light filled living spaces, and a brand new kitchen and laundry room with state of the art appliances. Beautiful, large back yard with patio and barbecue to enjoy. Within walking distance of park, tennis courts, and minutes from walking trails and golf course. Downtown Pueblo, The River Walk and Historic Union Avenue less than 10 minutes away. Perfect for a short getaway or discounted extended stays for traveling nurses, or business.

This was a fantastic experience for my husband and I. The property was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, wonderful location and everything we could possibly need. We came outvto the Pueblo area for our 16th anniversary and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. A wonderfully comfortable stay and we are so grateful for the experience.

Well, it is a cute, kind of bungalow style, house with roominess and very clean. It is well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners information and request sheet were concise and helpful. We enjoyed hanging out in the back yard which is a decent sized yard with a few areas to sit and relax. There were several amenities that were available that we did not use so can't comment on them. Thank you, Richard and Noelle for a very nice stay!

It is a home out of a showroom, yet comfortable and cozy. The office is the same, if you work from home, peaceful. Everything is fully stocked, kitchen and bathroom amenities, and you want for nothing. Comfy bed and couch for an afternoon nap. Perfection!!

We really enjoyed this newly remodeled property. The decor was beautiful and loved the dimmable lights. The property was in an older quiet area on a cul-de-sac where properties are well cared for. We had everything we needed and appreciated the coffee, tea, etc. that the owner provided. Great getaway! P.S. be sure to visit the Rosemount Museum!

This is a beautiful house in a very nice neighborhood. It has a very comfortable bed and all the amenities a house needs. I love that they let you use the garage and garage door opener. Very close to the zoo, park and state fairgrounds. Highly recommend.

This little charmer was EXACTLY as advertised and shown in photos!! No surprises! It is an absolutely perfect little vacation rental for 2 in a very quiet neighborhood. We wanted for NOTHING. Everything was provided for our use and pleasure. It was close to entertainment, shopping and sightseeing. We had a chance to meet Noelle in person and she is a sweet, kind, gracious and attentive host without being nosy or overbearing. If we are blessed to be able to return, we plan on staying here again.

We love this house! The hosts are phenomenal, too! The backyard is beautifully set up for leisurely sitting. The bed is comfy. Very modern home and fully equipped. Quiet neighborhood. We even got to hear the lion roaring at the nearby zoo one evening. Great place near City Park and a short distance from other areas attractions.❤️

Peaceful neighborhood. Beautiful park up the road about 2 mins. The house was nice and cool when we arrived. We loved the beautiful wood floors. It was a very comfortable stay for us. We loved it and would definitely come back if in the area again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect for 1 or 2, with everything you might need. Check-in/out is a breeze and the host checked on me to see if I needed anything. I feel like it really mattered that I was comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are generously supplied, comfortable bed and the living room is a cozy hang out. Everything is new and maintained well. It’s on a cul-de-sac in a quiet, tidy neighborhood. Bonus points for friendly neighbors!

We come to Colorado several times throughout the year. This is by far one of the best stays we have had. The house is just magnificent! It’s so clean and decorated beautifully. They have thought of almost everything you might need, including all of the stuff you need to make a beautiful meal instead of eating out the whole time. The backyard is also beautiful and relaxing. It’s easy to find and access. Communicating with the owners is easy. It’s within walking distance of a park with all kinds of things to do. If you’re coming to stay in Pueblo, book this house. You won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this wonderful, spotlessly clean, updated, charming, home in a quiet neighborhood in Pueblo. (The only downside was that we stayed for only one night!) Communication with the owners was easy. We were thoroughly pleased with the entire experience. Thank you for making this a bright spot in a month-long road trip to New Orleans and home again to Oregon. We applaud you for your attention to detail, and for the work and maintenance you so obviously put into this gem of a rental. Next time we'll stay longer. :)
