The owners were out, but a guest who stays there many times showed me around and introduced me to the other guests in the living room. I was so impressed with the decor and cozy environment. Returned to have our keys unable to open the door, went to the lobby they rescanned my room key to try again. Nothing...so they try the master fob key, nothing.
