Cottage quaintness close to nature and Sundance Resort

TimpCreek on the Stream is nestled in a nature-centric development a few hundred steps from Sundance Resort where you will find restaurants, skiing, live music, art studio, gift shop, spa, horseback riding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, mountain biking, hiking, ziplining, and flyfishing. The perfect choice for a romantic getaway, tucked in the trees, and the surrounding buildings are beautiful with winding paths and woodland architecture.

This cottage has an old-world style kitchen with modern appliances, timber planked floors throughout, dining area with piano, cozy sitting room with gas fireplace and a private hot tub outside on the deck along with a grill and picnic table for outdoor dining. Thought and care went into the creation on this lovely little place. Whether you visit for the best snow on earth, the meadows laced with wildflowers, the sunny hiking, or the burst of fall colors all four seasons welcome you back again and again.

 Main level has a hall bathroom.
 Upstairs has one half bathroom and sleeping loft with two twin beds, and one king bedroom with a spacious and uniquely Sundance bathroom, and private deck overlooking the stream.

You will have this dwelling to yourself along with a deck, hot tub, and picnic table.
Parking can accommodate 2 cars.

This is a cozy wonderful gem that is such a fun place. It truly felt like getting away. The upstairs master bedroom was wonderful as we opened the door at night and slept to the sound of the little stream below. The hot tub was very nice.

Magical cabin at Sundance

We have been to Sundance several times over many years, and this was our favorite rental. It was immaculately clean, beautifully and whimsically decorated, thoughtfully stocked and perfectly quiet and well situated. There is a lovely crystal clear hot tub directly adjacent to a rushing stream, a three burner propane Weber grill (grates absolutely clean), and a super comfortable bed. Ideal for a couple -- two small extra beds available but only suitable for children. Note that this property is not rented through Sundance, so amenities like the fitness room and pool are not included.

Great stay at Sundance

The Timp Creek Cottage is right on the beautiful creek and steps away from everything at the Sundance resort. The cottage is very inviting/comfortable. The decor/furniture are cabinish and eclectic, and the place is well appointed. I know there were people in the other half but I never heard them and it felt like we were in our own place. The bathrooms were great having been recently updated, the kitchen had everything we needed, and most importantly to us, everything was very clean. It was easy to relax and pleasant to hear and see the creek. We will stay again.
