Close enough to BYU which was our destination. Very comfortable for 4 people. We did not sleep double in beds but could because the beds were queen size. Pleased with everything!!

Just what we needed

Great and easy stay. Had everything we needed but we didn’t cook while there. Great location, close enough to walk to restaurants on Center St. close to BYU.

We mostly just slept there as our other Family lived in area and we were busy with them. Loved the House and were very comfortable there. Thank you for the snacks and water.

Nice place to stay

The apartment was very clean and the windows were big enough that it didn’t feel like a basement apartment. It was convenient to downtown Provo and BYU. The stairs down to the apartment were steep but well lit and had a handrail. We would stay here again.

Super cute updated basement apartment. There is a ton of light so dont let that affect your decision to book this place. Very cute furnishings and comfy beds. Great location! Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Great property, parking was convenient and easy… I felt like the owner went above and beyond. Driveway was cleared of snow and heater was running before I got to the property which was very comforting as the drive there was a bit stressful in the snow.

Comfy and Convenient Apt Close to All the Provo Happenings

Basement apartment with all the necessities, close to downtown Provo, but with easy access to the interstate. Despite being a basement apt, little distracting noise from upstairs. Apartment has two baths, with plenty of space for all occupants. Plus a parking pad just outside your separate entrance. Would stay again :)

Clean and comfortable basement unit. Good location for visiting BYU. Linens on the beds were comfortable, clean, and attractive. The beds and pillows were comfortable for a restful night’s sleep. I wouldn’t deduct a star for it, but a few things of note:You can hear upstairs tenants, though it was not terribly bothersome and was still quiet at night. Parking was a little rough. We just had to find an open spot on the street. Cheap shampoo/conditioner/body wash. And one of the bathrooms had no body wash at all. The laundry closet (the washing machine) smells terrible and the smell escapes a little.For such a small rental, since there is a cleaning fee, I was a little surprised to need to strip the beds and start a load of laundry. But these are not deal breakers and I would consider staying again.

So. Darn. Clean. We've stayed at many VRBOs in the last few weeks and this was by far the cleanest/best kept. No complaints. Two bathrooms, a pack and play in one of the rooms, my kids didn't end up needing it.

Excellent VRBO

We had a convention to attend in Provo and had a great stay at this VRBO!! Dillon was great to deal with and very helpful with the few items we were short on. Beds were comfy and a nice clean suite to call our home for 3 nights. Thank you so much Dillon. We will book your suite again for our next convention!!

Good overall

Overall this place was great. Dillon was helpful, the place was clean, and the location was a plus. The only thing I would add is that I don’t recommend using the living room as a sleeping space. There was a dog (or dogs) upstairs that woke me up a couple times during the night. Those who slept in the bedrooms were not bothered by it, so you should be fine if the bedrooms accommodate your whole group.

This was a great stay and beautiful place...

My family really enjoyed ourselves. The place was very modern and comfortable. The only issue (not with the property) is that I am to able to reply to the host's message via means that vrbo provides because something is wrong with the sign-in option as I'm trying to reply to his messages. I wish the service would provide a better way on contacting our host.
