Our priority is to provide guests with cleanliness, comfort, and simplicity — all wrapped in a cozy, storybook atmosphere.

This is a completely private lower-level apartment with its own separate entrance.

Guest access
- There is a private entrance to the downstairs apartment.
- Self check‑in with a keypad at the door. Your unique code and check‑in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
- Street parking only. Please do not park in or block the driveway.

Other things to note
- Fast Wi‑Fi via Google Fiber; network details provided in the house guide.
- Security: no cameras in guest areas. The upstairs tenants have exterior cameras only.
- Entry is via stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
- Utilities and trash are managed by the owner and host team. Please follow the house guide for any specifics.

FEES & RENTAL AGREEMENT
• Guests choose either a $500 refundable security deposit or a $53.50 nonrefundable damage waiver—not both.
• The deposit or waiver and any applicable pet fees are processed securely through Enso Connect.
• A rental agreement is required for your stay. Please message us if you’d like to review the full agreement before booking—we’re happy to share it.
