Clean Room, friendly staff

My wife and I stayed at the resort for four nights in July to celebrate her birthday and our anniversary. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt it was an excellent value. We were able to access the hotel's app about a week before our arrival. I initially had some trouble logging in, but customer service was very responsive and quickly resolved the issue. I highly recommend downloading the app and making restaurant reservations as soon as they become available, as the à la carte restaurants fill up quickly. The only restaurant we were unable to try was the Rodizio, as we didn't realize it was only open on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Every other à la carte restaurant we visited was excellent, with great food and outstanding service. The staff throughout the resort were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The beach area was beautiful, although we were unable to swim due to a large number of jellyfish in the water during our stay. We spent most of our days at the party pool, which had a fun atmosphere and offered plenty of entertainment throughout the day. While the resort had a few minor cosmetic imperfections, they did not change our overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, felt it offered excellent value for the price, and would definitely recommend it to others..

Disappointing Experience with Poor Service and The staff provided horrible customer service, which affected my overall experience. Drinks Quality The alcoholic drinks tasted poor, not up to expectations. I paid extra for premium drinks, but the experience didn’t reflect the upgrade. I had to go to a different hotel to access drinks, which was inconvenient and frustrating. The pool was dirty, which was off-putting and unsafe.

You don’t get not even close for what you pay. So over priced for what you get . The worse was , I made reservations and they confirmed it but when I got to the place I had to pay 580us extra. So many other scam they got going on there but I’m not going to get in to it .. all you gotta know the place sucks for the money I paid and when you get there you don’t get all the amenities they promised it felt like a scam

This is far away from a 5 stars hotel. The food is between poor and ok range. The room was decent in space and cleaning with a view to the ocean. The location and the view of the many areas of the property are beautiful. It has potential but it needs a urgently renovation just one pool available, the beach area was great I think that was the only thing we like there. Also needs an upgrade in all food and beverages offered. They run out of many liquors and they used cheap alcohol to make the drinks. They have coffee machines is a good thing there. The staff was kind and super attentive they do a really good job but I wouldn't come back.
