"The staff was very friendly, the hotel was immaculate, the room was a good size, but I don’t like that the toilet area is separate from the shower area. I also love that you can walk from the hotel to Carowinds but it would be nice if they had a shuttle because after walking the park all day it would have been nice! "

"Was not impressed with this hotel. We found a roach in our room, our door to outside would not close and some staircases were closed of with caution tape. I will say this though, the check in was easy and the person was very friendly. The shuttle service was also very very good (fast and friendly)."

"Rooms tight. Very little room between desk/wall and extremely tight between bed and dresser. Also - gym has three treadmills, all out of order! All were out on previous stay three months ago. Ice machine on 2nd floor produced no ice. Management has to do better. Breakfast below average per usual. Staff good. "

"Very clean and comfortable! The front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the restaurant had actually a fantastic burger for an Italian restaurant. We were in town for a show and we’re so pleased that the walk from the hotel to the theater was less than three blocks and very easy to navigate. We felt safe and valet parking was smooth too. "
