Property Description
Your Provincetown getaway should be comfortable and care-free. We’ve done everything imaginable to furnish and design a home with guests in mind. The condo, we call it "Cape Haven" has triple master bedrooms with king-sized beds (and memory foam mattresses), luxury towels, linens and en-suite baths. Adding to the condo is central air conditioning and heat monitored by Nest thermostats to make your stay even more comfortable.

We provide Puracy bath products that are natural, non-toxic, sulfate free, hypoallergenic, vegan, gluten-free and biodegradable. We make shampoo, conditioner and body wash available to guests (you just bring your favorite toothpaste).

The 1st floor (enter from the same level as the parking area) master en suite bedroom also serves as a reading and media room. It includes a 55 inch flat screen TV and Google assistant and Smart TV/movie streaming services. The room doubles as a sprawling king-sized bedroom with plenty of space for morning yoga. The bed is to die for and when we are in town this is the room that we stay in.

Our 2nd floor includes a chef's kitchen with every gadget, amenity, and cocktail glass you can imagine. Our guests often take the opportunity to boil/grill lobsters New England style. We offer a range of spices and oil for cooking and a modest pantry of condiments .

Relax with friends in the living area with space to lounge as you listen to your favorite music on our premium Sonos sound system. Or, wander outside to our private use patio with seating for six and grill dinner on the gas grill (again, with every cooking gadget you can imagine). The 2nd floor is also equipped with a 6 foot table with linens and chairs for six if your preference is to eat indoors.

Our 3rd floor includes 2 additional king-sized en suite bedrooms with below the bed storage and full closets. The first bedroom overlooks the Pilgrim Monument and the second bedroom has a garden view. Both bedrooms include memory foam mattresses, 32 inch flat screen TV's, Google assistants and USB outlets for all of your smart technology needs.

All bedrooms also include; blow dryers, alarm clocks, curling irons, iron and ironing board, full closets, and luxury linens and towels that will make you want to stay forever.

Full sized laundry facilities (1st floor), beach towels, beach bags, backpack style beach chairs, portable/rolling cooler, board games, and books on local history are also included in your rental.

Amazing PTown Getaway

Six of us visit PTown every Memorial Day weekend and we loved Cape Haven! Sandy was great with communication, the three levels was perfect for our group, and we already booked it again for 2026. We highly recommend staying here when in PTown!

Wonderful condo, great location.

This property was amazing. The photos and description were spot on -- we anticipated that we would be staying at a fantastic place, and it was. Having three bedrooms each with their own ensuite bath makes this property extra special, since that is very hard to find in Ptown. Beautiful kitchen, well appointed, and the location was perfect. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Incredible location, new construction with all the amenities

Had a wonderful stay at Cape Haven - communication with Sandy was easy and prompt and was very accommodating and checked in with us proactively. The place is brand new and in an incredible location - just a block away from Boatslip and central to everything. We loved the main suite on the main floor with access to ensuite bathroom and the washer/dryer, and the kitchen and living room were well equipped with everything we needed (including extra garbage bags!). Finally, the back outdoor area with fireplace table was perfect for a chill Fall night relaxing under the stars.

This is special!!

You could not ask for more when choosing a place to stay while in PTown. Clean, comfortable, welcoming; lovely outdoor space was the cherry on top. So close to town without the noise. If you pass up this rental, it would be a shame.

Lovely new build three level condominium in a quiet location, but quite close to all the sites of commercial Street. All modern amenities, three comfortable king beds, and very clean. Excellent communication and really appreciate pet friendly!

Great week in Ptown

The condo is perfect for a friends week/long weekend in P-town. We enjoyed the patio and would relax and enjoy our morning coffee every day out there! The house's kitchen was stocked with spices/utensils. Great location to commercial street and the rest of p-town. We will be back and would love to book this home again!

Great location bad experience

The location of the property is excellent - one block from commercial street and easy to walk anywhere. Our problem with the property is that upon arrival the back deck was covered in cigarette butts and chewed gum - not ideal! Additionally, several things in the apartment were broken or not working which the management did not seem to be aware of. The apartment was also extremely dusty. We paid the 300 dollar cleaning fee but management expects everything to be pristine when you leave (we were chided for leaving food in the fridge and things like recycling in the apartment - neighborhood pickup came right before we left so we could not get it all). It’s a shame that management does not take the time to care for this property as the place could be great!

Perfect Ptown Condo

I am so glad I found this condo for our week in Ptown! Sandy the host was magnificent from check in to check out. She is very responsive via text and was so sweet and helpful the entire week. The condo exceeded our expectations. It is newly renovated, very clean and had all of the little things we could have possibly needed (plenty of towels, hangers, etc.) The fact that every bedroom has its own bathroom is a game changer! My group of friends and I loved spending time on the back patio where there is a big table with a fire pit in the middle. All of our neighbors were very kind. I love the location of this condo because it is so close to the Boatslip Resort where the tea dance is held everyday @ 4pm. You won't regret booking this condo. I am already looking forward to returning here in the future. Thanks for everything, Sandy!

Beautiful Condo

We have stayed previously in Sandy’s condo and once again found it to be delightful. Clean, spacious (for Ptown), well maintained with lots of amenities. Great location and Sandy is so responsive to quickly resolve any issues that might arise. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Amazing Rental in Ptown

My friends and I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this VRBO in Provincetown. The property boasts three spacious bedrooms and three well-appointed bathrooms, all of which were impeccably stocked. The kitchen was a delight to use, equipped with all the pots, pans, and spices we could need, making meal preparation a breeze.One of the highlights of our stay was the fabulous outdoor patio. It was the perfect spot for relaxing and socializing with friends. We spent many evenings there, enjoying the pleasant atmosphere. The location of this property is unbeatable. Centrally located, it was close to everything Ptown has to offer. We walked to and from the ferry with ease, making our arrival and departure incredibly convenient. Will definitely stay here again next year!

Could not have asked for a better host and property

Our girls weekend was fabulous and made even better by Sandy and her property. The house is gorgeous, updated, all the amenities and perfectly located. Sandy, the host, was so kind and accommodating! Very easy to get a hold of and checked in to make sure we were happy and got there ok. I would absolutely stay there again!

Terrific home, comfortable and convenient.

Delightful stay for our family, of all adult members to rest, relax and enjoy. We particularly appreciated the very comfortable beds and fluffy towels! The location is great for strolling down Commercial Street or going out for dinner. Great choice !

3 Couples, One Charmed Week!

We fell in LOVE with Cape Haven and its excellent host Sandra McAvoy! This lovely 3 story, 3 BR home is quietly situated 2 blocks from the beach and within walking distance from all the eateries, shopping, activities of downtown PTown. The home had every single accommodation we needed and more, especially in the kitchen. Each BR was super comfortable and quiet with its own bath. Sandra also provides lots of helpful instructions and tips about how to manage the home (appliances, technology, etc) as well as great tips for where to eat in her “Read Me” binder. I definitely bookmarked this home for future and highly recommend it for groups of 6 (even though I sort of want to keep it a secret - wink, wink). Thanks for everything Sandra!!!

Beautiful home, incredible location!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this home and it’s absolutely wonderful. Perfect space for 3 couples - each room with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The mattresses, pillows, and linens are all super comfortable. Great outdoor patio in the back and so conveniently close to all our favorite west end spots. Sandy is an awesome and communicative host. Always love and appreciate our time here!
