Beautiful Grace Bay

The property was outstanding! The condo was perfect and the grounds were beautiful. Right on the beach. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Host was awesome to deal with!

Gorgeous View of Grace Bay

My husband and I stayed here for a week celebrating our 30th Anniversary. It was a beautiful spot with a gorgeous view of Grace Bay. We were able to purchase a few groceries at the market and the room had everything we needed to make ourselves breakfast everyday to enjoy out on our deck. There was also a cooler bag in the room which we used to pack our snacks for the day as we explored the island. The view on the deck was spectacular! We were also left a lovely bottle of vino for our Anniversary as well ❤️ The room and bathroom were nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would love to stay at this spot again!

Peaceful and quiet stay

This was the perfect place to stay on TCI for our relaxing holiday. The resort is lovely, the beach perfect, and the condo ideal. The condo itself could use a little TLC (e.g. curtain rod fell off while there, second set of sheets were a little pilly, etc.) but this is more for the owners' knowledge. I'd go back here in a minute.

Paradise

The best location on Grace Bay. Our first time visiting and would come back in a heartbeat . The unit was perfect - very clean- view from deck outstanding - thank you for a wonderful stay!

Gorgeous stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this room! The view and large porch make SUCH a difference. The resort itself was quiet, and there were always chairs available at the beach or pool. Our favorite part was the beach was so close to our room, it was never a pain to have to go back to grab something! We left drinks, phones, sunscreen in the room, and would just pop back inside if we needed anything.

Royal West Indies Resort 123

Unit 123 is a fantastic unit with all that you’ll need for a great stay on Grace Bay Beach. The unit faces the ocean and is steps from the beach. The resort has a nice restaurant which we ate at multiple times. You can walk to stores and restaurants a short distance away or take a taxi. We walked once and taxied a couple of times. Staff and visitors to the resort were very friendly. Elaine met us at the condo to check us in even though we were hours late!!! Any time that I contacted the condo owners they got back to me right away to answer any questions. If you want a condo right on the beach in Grace Bay you will totally love Unit 123!!!

Breathtaking

This is a beautiful property and the staff is so friendly. This unit is exactly as pictured. The view is simply stunning. There are two beautiful pools, a nice restaurant and easy access to everything. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are available daily with no hassle. The unit is very well stocked. You will be greeted by a very nice host and shown all the amenities. Don’t second guess your decision. Book this one! You won’t regret it. We had an amazing time.

Lovely property

This is a wonderful studio at the Royal West Indies Resort right on the beach. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. The beach is one of the most beautiful I’ve seen. The room was clean and the accommodations were amazing! The host answered any questions promptly and check in was a breeze. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay

Just returned from a perfect stay in the unit. It is very nicely updated and well maintained. It's clean, comfortable and stocked with all the necessities. The location speaks for itself, with perfect views of the ocean and spectacular sunsets.

Perfection!

This was so needed for our 15 year wedding anniversary. We unfortunately and tragically lost a parent prior to coming to Turks and Caicos. The owner of this property helped make our stay private as requested and also help our grievance. It’s was a trip with a lot of fun memories. The property has all kinds of water equipment. So fun paddle boarding everyday I could. Boat excursions are right next to the property, but don’t stay long just pick up and drop off. So east to walk to the Grace bay restaurants. We didn’t leave the area for 11 nights because you could be as remote or active as you wish. We loved it and will be back here in January! I hope it’s open :) thank you!

Great view!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The resort was quaint and had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Loved the location on the beach. The view of the beach and ocean from this unit is incredible. And the people were very friendly! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Get Away

Our first trip to Turks and Caicos and we cant say enough good about it Royal West Indies Resort and Unit 123 is amazingly beautiful, quiet and relaxing Casey was awesome answering all of our questions and providing great recommendations for dining and activities We very much enjoyed the island and would highly recommend it.

Shhhh... Keep this a secret.

Almost hate to add to the praises of this unit cause we want to book it over and over again. It has a killer view of Grace Bay beach from the balcony; clean as a whistle; all the essentials of a studio, plus a large enough fridge and a brand new w/d that has space age bells and whistles. Elaine does an easy peasy check in and mid stay clean and we couldn't ask for more. And...RWI is possibly the most beautiful botanical garden enhanced resort on the island. Can't wait for our next visit.

Beautiful condo, great location

This was our first time staying here and it was amazing! The view of the ocean from your private deck is beautiful, you can hear the waves! The resort staff are very friendly and helpful. Pelican Bar on site has great food and drinks! Several restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. Thanks again! We will be back!

Beautiful property

Amazing suite and property! The resort is quiet and quaint, just what we were looking for. The suite was clean and owners were super responsive to all of our questions before booking. Small issue when checking in with Elaine as she informed us the microwave was broken and a new one was on order, and the kitchenette faucet sink was not working properly and was being replaced. Small inconvenience, but both issues were remedied by a handyman within 48 hours. The resort staff were awesome, especially Ricky, Bert, and Orlando at the Pelican Bar, Enon at the beach hut. There is happy hour at the Pelican Bar every day from 5-7. We met a lot of great couples and condo owners, and the half-priced drinks (including full bottles of wine) is the best deal on the island. There is a boutique wine shop about 1/2 mile from resort. Owner is fantastic and can recommend various bottles under $20. The Graceway Gourmet grocery store is less than a mile walk and great to pick up prepared salads and subs. We loved having lunch on our suite balcony. Walkable restaurants for dinner that we went to included Aziza, Opus Wine Bar, and the Cocovan (fantastic fish tacos!) There are complimentary bikes on property (2-hour limit), but if you're under 5'1" (like me) the seats on the bikes don't adjust down far enough to be able to put your feet on the ground while seated on the bike, so for me they were unusable. Plenty of both beach and pool loungers always available. There's three rows of beach loungers, so if you wanted first row with unobstructed ocean views, it's best to reserve with a towel and personal item by 7am. Quiet pool in the afternoons is simply the best for naps or reading listening to the pool waterfall! Suite is equipped with just about everything you would need, including a Brita water filter in the fridge. Bottled water is available at the bar for $3 a bottle. Would suggest to the owners a yoga mat would be a great addition for morning yoga on the balcony :) Loved this suite and resort and would definitely return!

Great location.

The condo has a great view and is comfortable. We enjoyed exploring some of the areas remote beaches which are gorgeous and indescribable! Some of the area restaurant’s are fabulous. The resort was nice and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Exceptional Spot!

This was our first time staying here and we absolutely loved it! Every word of all of the 5 star reviews are true - fabulous location, glorious view, spacious accommodations, and awesome staff. We hope to stay there again next year - Thank you very much!
