"Our stay was excellent at this hotel, everything was clean and functioning, the service was excellent the only minus thing was the breakfast. It has everything for a standard continental breakfast but most of the things were over cooked. "

"It’s an excellent property that’s near amenities. The owner is easily accessible. What’s advertised is what you see upon arrival and hence I have given it a rating of 5 stars. I was allowed a late check out as my flight was late in the evening. If you’re looking for a tranquil Villa then this one is the right one for you."

"Property is well located 10 mins walk from a choice of beaches, bars, restaurants, etc. It's close enough for access, but far enough away not to hear any noise. Host is very friendly and helpful; any issues were quickly resolved. Patio does get the sun and is private."

"Awesome location next to shops, restaurants and on the beach. Staff were all friendly. The apartment was first class, big comfy beds and a stunning view over the bay below. Bath room a bit old fashioned but nothing you can't cope with. No noise at night. Next to a very popular restaurant. Our own wish was that they weren't so quick to close the pool at 6pm and lock the pool gates as one day we were on the beach and all our towels and bits inside. "We had such a lovely holiday , the villa & pool were excellent, the adjacent properties were very quiet and welcoming people too. We got into a routine of walking to the beach via Blue Spice for a lovely breakfast and then to Polyxenia beach just another 100yards. The local bus service is excellent 2euros a trip , when into Aya Napa a couple of times , so easy. Kimberly was very informative and although we never met her she comes across as a lovely person ,easy to deal with, good a her job ....

"I Cannot recommend this villa enough we have all had a fantastic holiday the villa and pool are absolutely fantastic and so well equipped and it was spotless. The hosts and property manager couldn't be more helpful and organised and the location couldn't be better we hired a car but you really dont need to as there is everything you need on your doorstep and a great bus service we were a mixed group of all ages and there was something for everyone nearby although it was hard to leave the pool...
