"The villa was very spacious, the area around it was nice and overall it was very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The staff wasn’t the most talkative of friendly but it wasn’t terrible. Communication was bad though, we didn’t know they could have the fridge stocked prior to our arrival and they never mentioned, we learned of this later reading guests reviews. "This is a charming hotel. The rooms are traditional, with some modern upgrades (the TV has a US Roku - a good choice for US visitors, although unfortunately it doesn't really work for UK visitors). "The Golden Rock is a beautiful, low intensity hotel complex, with exceptional gardens. It offers something quite different than other hotels in Nevis. "The hotel is nice but a little outdated compared to others. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The air conditioning was perfect! There is no bar / shop in the hotel but plenty just outside. I would recommend and stay again."
