"The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The grounds were nice. Everything except the air conditioning in our room was nice. The air conditioning did not work properly and we complained about it daily and multiple times each day. They kept trying to fix it to no avail. Was disappointed with that and I think they should have offered us some comps or a percentage off the room. "

"Our appartment was super clean. The view from our balcony was stunning. We had a balcony all around the apartment overlooking Koroni area. Sofia is very friendly. She answered our requests as soon as we addressed them. Our AC broke at night and the next morning it was fixed. The only missing item I found in this appartment is a microwave. "The property is in a unique ancient stone village right in the action of cocktail bars, restaurants and shops in the historic old town. The manager was so helpful and obliging in assisting us with some special requests. Nothing was a problem. A lovely regional breakfast buffet was very plentiful. The Mani peninsula is on hand for walks, swimming and sailing."

"We loved the quiet calm surroundings but we were disappointed in the comfort as the beds and chairs are not very comfortable, the air conditioner doesn’t work and needs up dating but if they had screens for patio doors I would have enjoyed the ocean breeze to cool off but if I had left the door open the mosquitos would have feasted "

"We had a nice stay at Mystras - the staff was very helpful. Very well maintained tennis courts and an adorable tennis coach. Evangelia was very professional and friendly - giving supportive feedback, always with a big smile och her face.
