The villa sits right at the water’s edge, offering beautiful views over a calm lagoon area and the surrounding mountains.

Important:

The water directly in front of the villa is not intended for swimming. There are designated swimming spots around the lake within walking distance. Please do not fish at the Forellensee, it is not allowed. As for the fire pit please bring / organize your own wood, as we do not provide that onsite)



Please note: The property is located in a lively area. Behind the accommodation there are railway tracks, with the GoldenPass panoramic train to Gstaad passing approximately once per hour during the day. In front of the lake there is also a main road, so you may hear passing cars and occasional train noise. The location is therefore not completely quiet, and we want to mention this transparently before booking.

Guests have full private access to the mini villa and bathroom.

Outdoor areas and lake surroundings are shared with other small villas on the property.

- Lake Thun (Thunersee) – approx. 45–60 minutes



The area is perfect for scenic drives, mountain excursions, and exploring traditional Swiss alpine villages. Public transport options are available from Zweisimmen, connecting you to the wider region.
