Hanalei Bay Resort, #3105

Spacious studio unit with stunning ocean and mountain views of Kauai's north shore. This is a fully air-conditioned, ground floor condo that overlooks Hanalei Bay, Bali Hai, and is located at the beautiful Hanalei Bay Resort.

The space
Studio unit with a full kitchen, a king size bed, and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. The space includes a sofa, dresser, dining table, and a washer/dryer. There is a 50-inch TV, wifi, and air conditioning. The views are amazing without even going outside and they only get better when you step out onto the lanai, where you can relax and watch the sunset.

The resort
An amazing 22 acres of lush Hawaiian paradise, with a tropical pool/hot tub, a cute little restaurant, lots of tennis courts, and is a short walk (or golf cart ride) from one of Hawaii’s most beautiful white sand beaches - Pu'u Poa.

Things to note
Hanalei Bay Resort charges 2 fees that must be paid directly to them at the front desk.
Upon check-in, you will be charged a one time registration fee of $50 and a resort/parking fee of $45+ tax a night per unit. This fee includes parking and allows access to all of the wonderful resort amenities, including the pools, hot tub, towels, beach shuttles if you don't feel like walking, fitness center, laundry room, tennis courts, outdoor grills, and more.

Cancellation policy
100% refund for cancelations within 60 days. 50% refund for cancellations within 30 days, We do not provide refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival unless we can rebook the unit.

Beautiful views of sunsets and rainbows over Hanalei Bay.

Great place to stay at Hanalei Bay Resort. The condo is well equipped for a couple with very nice furnishings and kitchen. Of course the lanai is where we spent our Mornings and evenings enjoying the spectacular views and bird life.

Great place for a romantic getaway

Lovely ground floor unit with an amazing view of Hanalei Bay and the mountains! Just a short walk from the lagoon-style pool and hot tub, which were great to relax in after active days. We also liked having the option to cook for ourselves some of the time, and there was plenty of cutlery and kitchen equipment to do so.

The view of this property is breathtaking & so worth it. My husband and I came and stayed here for our honeymoon and it was just the perfect size for us! It’s inside the Hanalei Bay Resort so we had to check in/out like a real hotel/resort and the hosts do not communicate with you at all. We couldn’t make any sense of the fifty/day parking fee so just be aware of that before you book. The place had pretty much everything we needed like beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and an ice chest. There was an interesting smell when we walked in but it might’ve just been us. Staying in Princeville was beautiful and overall we had a very good experience and we’d come stay again!

This unit was everything it advertised: spectacular view, comfy accommodations, great location close to the pool. I would encourage the owners to provide directions for adjusting the water temperature on the shower, and for operating the stove. Otherwise, everything was perfect. We would advise the resort to reduce the amount of leaf blowing, which seemed to go on constantly. The resort itself was amazing, with the waterfall enhanced pool one of the highlights. Overall, highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning one bedroom. Perfect for relaxing above the bay. The view is unbeatable..Can't thank the owner of this property enough as it had all of the amenities we needed and more. That red cooler was perfect. We prepared most of our meals here as we couldn't bring ourselves to leave. The Ne Ne loved to visit around Mai Tai o'clock. We SHALL RETURN 🌈

Wonderful stay, can’t wait to return!

Beautiful unit, stunning views, great communication from owner (thanks again for answering my questions so quickly!), and several convenient thoughtful accommodations (e.g., beach umbrella/chairs, cooler, an oscillating fan, insect repellent, laundry detergent pods). We especially loved the incredibly comfy bed and the stunning views from the lanai! Two things other reviewers noted that we agree are good to know upfront: (1) the kitchen sink is awkwardly small (could be challenging if you planned to cook often), (2) the walls to next door are thin. A crying toddler next door had a rough first night that was keeping us up but then we found “ocean sounds” on the TV made for a decent white noise machine and we were fine. Changes at HBR (the resort) from our prior stays: (1) a NEW one-time $50 “check-in fee”. [it’s noted in the ad by the owner but I mistook that for the normal parking & resort fees I was familiar with]. (2) The pool bar is closed (sounds like a dispute b/w HBR and Happy Talk — no word on whether it will ever re-open). (3) They added a take-out pizza place—we didn’t try it but customers were plentiful and happy and it smelled good! If you’re looking for a relaxing north shore Kauai stay at a great resort in a very comfortable, clean, well-apportioned unit with stunning views and responsive owners, and you don’t need a big kitchen sink, we highly recommend this place! Can’t wait to visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We had one minor issue and Hayley handled it within minutes. Beautiful area and accurate description of listing. Our favorite part was enjoying the views from the lanai.
