  • Three bedrooms plus den with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 1 single bed, multiple lanai spaces, 2.5 bathrooms, washer and dryer in unit, 2 story town home, attached garage for one car, close to pool.

    Very spacious, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom town home is beautifully decorated in neutral colors and presents a true island flare from rich deep wood tones, carvings that help depict a tropical theme and artwork displaying landmarks familiar to our island. Beautifully upgraded with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and much more. The attached garage (you can only park one vehicle in garage, although you can get a parking pass for an additional vehicle) leads to direct access to the home for convenience and ease. The tropical grounds will set the scene with swaying palm trees, a pool with water features and a spacious BBQ area for outdoor cooking. You will feel right at home with everything you will need to make your stay in paradise extra special. A perfect getaway!

The property is in a very nice location, close to our favorite beaches. We did not appreciate the advertisement of the room showed pics of surfboards like they were available for use with the rental and then when you get there a sign on the door states surfboards are for the owner of property and we are not allowed tobuse them. They should just remove photo from listing.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay! Close to shops and food. Beds were comfortable. Property was beautiful. Will stay again when we return.

Overall the condo was good. There were a few items that could have made for a better experience like a broom to clean up crumbs and sand. In addition, the kitchen pans could be replaced as the skillet could not be used due to the burn in the center of it.

Can’t say enough! Perfect location, near the best beaches. House was clean, property and grounds are beautiful. Host was great, communicated quickly and kindly!

Great place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as good or better than expected. We were very pleased with the house. Wished we could have has better views or within walking distance of anything. Definitely worth the money and if we have a good size group, we would definitely stay here again.

Great big space! Lovely property. The baseboards and lighting fixtures look like they haven't been wiped down in awhile, but it's an easy fix :) a nice area, close to a playground, and walking distance from some food trucks! :)

This was a great overall stay. We loved the location! It was easy to check in.The only thing was the second parking was challenging to get a pass, when I requested a multiple times in advance.The area made up for it and it was spacious for our family.

Stayed here with family for a lovely time in Kauai! Home was fabulous, room for everyone to spread out and also come together. Comfy beds, great kitchen, everything you need! Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay in Princeville! The only downside was that internet was slow- but not really a downside because we were able to play cards, get outside and enjoy ourselves!

It was a really nice condo with lots of space and situated in a beautiful part of Kauai Island in Princeville. The Hanalei beach was very close by.The pool on the property was also a nice addition with the waterfall and hot tub. The host was very responsive if we had any questions. We look forward to coming back soon.

This townhome was perfect for me and my 2 adult sons. It's in a great location and had everything we need. Although the A/C went out, the maintenance person came quickly and provided portable units to keep us comfortable.Hoping to go back soon.Carmen
