Emmalani Court 311 is a hidden gem in Princeville on the North Shore of Kauai. Emmalani Court is only 42 units and adjacent to the 8th hole of the top-rated Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed Makai golf course. This well-maintained complex is within walking distance to the luxurious 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, Pali Ke Kua Beach, Hideaway Beach, Queen’s Bath, golf, tennis, and the many restaurants in the surrounding area. Watch the incredible sunsets from the bluff point of the property or BBQ at the pool.. The picturesque town of Hanalei Bay and its famous beach and world-class surfing are a short drive away.

This is a great option for couples, solo adventurers, and families. This unit has recently had many upgrades. These include new furniture, beds, linens, and a very well-stocked kitchen. To make your stay even more comfortable there is A/C in the bedrooms and WIFI throughout. Each bedroom has en-suite baths making it ideal for couples traveling together.

The large great room concept, with expansive picture windows and comfortable furniture, allows you to gaze over tropical Hawaiian foliage and the golf course. Accessible from the great room and bedroom suite, the lovely covered lanai, complete with comfy lounge chairs and a dining table, is perfect for morning coffee, leisurely afternoons, or evening cocktails while enjoying the cooling trade winds. A short stroll to the north end of the property offers unlimited views of the ocean, mountains, and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.

The modern chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with a variety of cookware and appliances, offers a bright vibe, and makes you feel right at home. With granite counters and ample storage, the family chef may well feel inspired to prepare either old favorites or a new Hawaiian recipe for all to enjoy. A dining table for 6 and bar stools at the counter provide a comfortable area for enjoying your meals.

The two spacious, comfortable bedrooms have king-size beds, A/C, ceiling fans, and sitting areas; the bathrooms boast granite vanities and large walk-in showers.

For your convenience, this townhome also comes equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. Beach chairs, sun-umbrella, boogie boards, and a small cooler are also provided for your beach adventures. The community of Emmalani Court offers its guests a pool, hot tub, and clubhouse.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of seating for the 4 of us. The beds were also comfortable. Plenty of towels for bathroom and beach. We did not use the pool as there was no shade areas. My only issue was the air conditioning units in the bedrooms. They were very loud which made it hard to sleep.

This condo had everything we needed! Excellent location. It was clean and comfortable and just how it is pictured in the listing. Recommend walking down the golf course to view the sunset each evening.

Princeville Kauai

We love Princeville and have stayed there 4 of the last 5 years. This year our normal spot was booked, but we found this sweet gem right on the golf course and a few short steps from the bluffs overlooking the ocean. It was SO relaxing!! The space was fantastic and the beds were REALLY comfortable!! We ate nearly all our meals at home, because it was so pleasant and the kitchen so well supplied. We will definitely come back!!

Another Enjoyable Return to Princeville

While we used to be able to fit all 9 under one roof, aging grandkids now require more bedrooms, so the "older-generation" stays nearby. This was our first time to stay at an Emmalani unit and we greatly enjoyed our two-ish weeks in this ground-floor unit. It was clean, well equipped, convenient parking, and obviously lovingly cared for by the owners. We'd readily recommend it to those looking for a nice two-bedroom stay.
