One of the things that makes this neighborhood truly special is its incredible wildlife. From November through July, Princeville's quiet ocean bluffs become the seasonal nesting grounds for the majestic Laysan Albatross. These remarkable seabirds return year after year to raise their chicks, choosing this peaceful corner of Princeville as their home.



If you're lucky enough to visit during nesting season, you may spot them happily waddling through the neighborhood—or even nesting right in our front yard! The Primary Suite features a king-size bed and breathtaking views of Māmalahoa, Nāmolokama, and Makaihuwaʻa Ridge, the iconic mountains overlooking Hanalei. Wake each morning to Kauai's lush landscape, then step onto your private upper lanai with a cup of coffee and breathe in the fresh island air.

The spacious en-suite bathroom features a jetted soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity—the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure.



Ground Floor Suite - Ideal for grandparents, extended family, or guests who prefer to avoid stairs, the ground floor suite offers:
