"The staff didn’t inform us that they had a power or electricity works out that night and put us in the room above the noisy car. There were about five to six of people disputing about this issue at 11pm at the front desk. When I asked to change a room for me because of the noise, they gave me a new room. But they double charged the room fee and without any information again! Such a disappointing experience with this hotel. Don’t choose this hotel unless you want this kind of thing happened to...

"Overall ok, it is clean and the location is good, but the place is old, mattresses need an upgrade. One of the nights was a bit noisy and it is misleading to advertise it as breakfast included when the only “food” available was coffee."

"Had to change to this hotel last minute. Big room with couch was nice, big mini fridge. Breakfast was as minimal as it could possibly be to be called "breakfast." Pretty dated, but it was ok. Charged too much last minute for what we received."

"I have been here multiple times and never had a problem until now. I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes waiting for the receptionist to finish his personal phone call to simply ask for tissue. He never even asked me what I needed and just stood there watching me as if I was going to steal flyers from their scam stand. "

"You cant through to the front desk. Number gets cut off. I emailed and texted them that i will he there at 11am to 130pm only. Then i show up and there is no room available until 130pm. Then i tried to get a refund. They told me expedia has to initiate it. But expedia cannot get through to the phone. So im still waiting for my refund. "

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and on the 5th day i had to go inside the office & book another day unlike the other 4 days i booked online well i booked the room and paid for it and when i went up to the counter and gave me name the receptionist "

"Absolutely ужасный hotel. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Do NOT come here, especially with family or kids. The place is filthy, the room smells terrible, and the sheets were dirty with hair on them. There are questionable people everywhere, and you can hear disturbing noises from other rooms all the time. Completely unacceptable — avoid this place at all costs."

"Short stay for weekend; clean, responsive, staff was very kind and accomodating! 1st breakfast morning lacked options (no non-pork options) but they made up for it on 2nd breakfast morning (turkey sausages yummy potatoes with peppers and onions)- I was pleasantly surprised to see that they really listened to guest feedback. Would go again and highly recommend. "
