"I liked that it was within walking distance to the train station. I was going to a concert at Hull City Hall which the hotel was also very handy for. The staff on Reception were friendly and helpful. Also the people waiting on me at breakfast were attentive and nothing was a problem for them. I was made to feel very welcome and the breakfast itself was hot and delicious. I would recommend this hotel very much. "

"I had a lovely single room on the 4 floor it was amazingly clean, comfy mattress and fresh white bedding and towels I was told by reception that there was tea, coffee, and sugar in the room but if I needed any more they were at reception and to help myself, this little gesture was nice as I sometimes feel like a bother if I ask for more. Although I did not use the restaurant it looked warm and welcoming if I had been staying more than one night I would have gone in for a meal. I do recommend...

"I got the impression that this property was only very recently set up for guests. The benefit is that everything is brand new and clean. However, there were a few teething issues which were resolved satisfactorily, and the property manager was in constant communication throughout. There is adequate parking too. I would use again next time I'm in the area. "

"I booked the Maze Apartments because it was so close to the venue for the Campfire Country Music Festival and it was spot on. Being only 5 mins walk to the park was great! When we arrived we got a parking spot in the car park under the Apartments and it was FREE! The lady on reception was nice and friendly and advised us we had been given an upgrade!!
