Just 10 minutes from Sandbanks Provincial Park, the barn features expansive rear windows that flood the space with natural light and overlook open fields, a private fire pit, and vibrant sunflowers in the summer months.

Black Ridge Barn is a fully converted barn designed with simplicity, comfort, and style in mind.



The main floor features an open-concept living space with polished concrete floors, a custom kitchen equipped with modern appliances (including a Nespresso Vertuo machine and dishwasher), and large windows that frame the surrounding landscape. Step outside to enjoy the private fire pit area—perfect for evenings under the stars.



Sleeping arrangements include:



Bedroom 1 (main floor): King bed

Bedroom 2 (second floor): Queen bed

Bedroom 3 (second floor): Two twin beds



There are two full bathrooms, both with showers (no bathtubs), including an upstairs bathroom with a double vanity.

We are located in a rural setting. A car is needed for getting around.



Other Things to Note:

While the owners reside on the property in a separate building, Black Ridge Barn is completely private with its own entrance, parking, and outdoor space. No smoking or vaping on the property please.



Each group must have at least 2 guests over the age of 25.
