"Staff has been super helpful and communication has been excellent!"

"The first room we were given, the floor has not been swept. We were moved to a second room with the same issue. We then moved into our third room which still had pee in the toilet. We decided to just stick with that third room. The manager was helpful on getting us moved around. The property is updated and looks nice. The rooms are nicely painted and appointed. The exterior has bright lights in the parking lot to make you feel safe. The parking lot is tight because they also rent Uhaul out of it...

"Everything was great except I had checked in after midnight and requested a late checkout (normal time was 11am) I was allowed a 1pm checkout. I was rudely awaken at 915am by loud knocking by housekeeping. This defeated the point of me requesting a late checkout to allow more time to rest and wouldn’t have even met the 11am checkout time."

It didn't seem like the cleaning staff swept the floors daily. Much debris on the floor by the air conditioner and dead spiders on the bathroom floor. I was glad they were dead. "Room was shabby and there wasn't a deadbolt on the door, or a locking chain, but the hot water pressure was good, and the beds were comfy. I would be willing to book here again."
