"This is our third time staying at the Wine Stone Inn and it never disappoints. It is our favorite place when up in the Santa Maria area. Room are spacious, clean and all rooms have nice balcony. Orcutt is a great little town, with wine tasting and good restaurants. Don’t miss the Far Western Tavern. Can’t wait to visit again. "

"The check-in experience was friendly and easy. The 4 of us fit comfortably in our double queen room. Our room was clean and afforded us plenty of light and storage space. Check-out early in the morning was a breeze. Would absolutely stay there again. Thank you!"

"This place is a gem along the 101! Traveling from northern CA to Santa Barbara for a graduation and stayed here 1 night before picking up family at the SB airport the next day. It sits high atop the hill with a view in all directions and, with the adorable retro vibe, feels literally removed from every day life. I just wish I could have stayed a few more nights. I didn't get to eat in the restaurant...just know it isn't open until noon on weekdays but 10 on weekends. Very cute pool area too. My...

"Retro vibe motel. It fits the aesthetic for city. Easy walk to neighborhood shopping and food. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, you can hear all the traffic driving past motel all night. I had a standard room. The shower and bathroom are very tight fit, clean but tiny (literally only able to store toothbrush in bathroom-no place for anything else). My room had no place to sit beside the bed and stools in the kitchen area. The motel had placed items to buy on the bench in the room...

"We have stayed here quite a few times and always love it. But the construction has made staying here not so pleasant right now. We realize you are going through big changes but it's not enjoyable to stay as it once was. No pool and hot tub. No great restaurant and food. Can't even get a soda or snacks. We will come back when you are done renovating. Prices were to high when most of the great things were gone. "

"It looks like a motel but the room condition is good. The A/C was noisy but was fixed after I cleaned the filters. The price was high because it is a Saturday. I would suggest to book early."

"This hotel was the most charming hotel I’ve been to yet. When I have travelled, I’ve chose more “main chain” ones but this one is worth the try. The staff was welcoming and friendly, they had a wide selection of snacks and food. Our room came with a kitchen so even things like eggs were available. I admit in indulging in a late night bowl of cereal and it was great!!!! I will be coming back and staying here. Thank you so much for a great experience. "

"The room was clean but the toilet was loose and rocks side to so be careful. You can hear every step above you on the second floor. The people above came in late and it woke us up and it was like they were rearranging furniture for 2 hours. The staff/owners are very nice."

"The room was small, but it fit us well. We had to air it out a bit due to the stench present when we arrived. The bed probably should have been replaced years ago and the pillows were tiny squares."
