Hotel St. Michael, BW Premier Collection
"The rooms were so small. Bathrooms even smaller. You would hit the sink trying to use the toilet. Getting out of the shower was a challenge with the sink right on top. AC was only in the rooms and not throughout the hotel. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in which is disappointing ..."

Forest Villas Hotel - Prescott
"We have stayed here before but this time was not what we remembered. The AC in the room was so loud and vibrated all night. The shower didn’t drain until the next morning plus we had to request more bath towels. We had a balcony facing the mountains which was pretty but the chairs were ripped so ..."
