Our host was very helpful and responsive the home was so comfortable and clean. Well stocked with everything. The location to the downtown of Prescott was so fun because able to walk everywhere! We were with our son and his girlfriend so we got to spend good quality time together

This was a perfect location for Acker Night in Prescott. Close enough to walk over, far enough away that it wasn't too noisy. The unit is lovely and comfortable. We appreciated Deborah allowing us to leave our car there the next day until we left for home. She was very responsive to questions and requests. We'll be back for sure.

The house was great! New, clean and quiet at night. Perfect location two blocks from the courthouse square. We will be back when wanting a VRBO in downtown Prescott!

The inside of the unit was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The outside area is a little busy where the home is located. A block from the home is a parking lot with about four food trucks. There is a church next-door and a parking lot in front of the home.

The property was excellent and equipped with everything anyone could need for a long stay including pots/pans and flatware It was a lot more spacious than I expected, and the beds were really comfortable Location was great, essentially anything in the downtown neighborhood is walkable. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and there’s a food truck area close by as well

We were so impressed with everything about this property. It was beautiful in addition to being close to everything we wanted to see. The property manager was so helpful and friendly. I would absolutely try to stay in this property if and when we decide to return to Prescott!!

Outstanding Home in an Outstanding Location

Wow! We were a bit skeptical going into this rental as we were afraid the listing would be better than the actual place. Turns out, it was the exact opposite. We LOVED staying here. It's perfect for two couples and is in such a great location. We're already eyeing the calendar for a return trip to spend a bit more time. Do yourself a favor and book this place!

Short walk to stores and restaurants

We loved the convenience of being so close to downtown Prescott. We drove to the home and then walked to all of our excursions. Our only issue was the bright sunshine that came through windows of the king bedroom from 6-8am made it difficult to sleep. As long as you bring a eye mask, you’ll love this place.
