Creek Cottage is a secluded and romantic property located right on Lynx Creek, just 8.7 miles or 21 minutes from downtown Prescott. This beautiful hideaway offers a private hot tub, making it an ideal spot for honeymoons, anniversaries, or private getaways. With a setting nestled between pinion pines and cottonwoods, Creek Cottage provides a tranquil escape with stunning views.

The cottage features a king bed, gas firestove, and a deck with a jacuzzi in the bedroom, creating a cozy and romantic atmosphere. Another deck off the dinette area offers a patio table with chairs and an electric BBQ grill. The cottage includes a Queen Airbed for additional guests, and an electric firestove provides warmth in the winter, while an evaporative cooler and window A/C unit keep the space comfortable in the summer. The HDTV is connected to a streaming Blu-ray player with Netflix for entertainment.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, and the full bath includes a tub/shower and double vanity, with an additional vanity in the toilet room. Guests can start hiking right from the front door, exploring the lush vegetation, wildlife, and riparian fragrances along Lynx Creek. Lynx Lake, just 10 minutes away, offers fishing, tall pines, and boat rentals. Major shopping and downtown Prescott are a short 15-minute drive.

You have access to the entire cottage during your stay.

Your hosts, Greg & Wendy, are local residents of Prescott and are available to address any problems or questions during your stay.

Prescott has been recognized as one of the Happiest and Healthiest Cities in America, offering scenic beauty, outdoor recreation, and a small-town atmosphere. Renting a vehicle is recommended, with taxi and Uber services readily available.

To ensure accurate pricing, provide your correct party size when booking. If you plan to bring dogs, please inform Wendy in advance, with a nightly fee and a one-time flat fee applicable. Responsible and considerate pet behavior is expected.

Respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, adhering to noise restrictions after 10 pm. The vacation rental is in a neighborhood with permanent residents, and any complaints regarding noise, activities, or trespassing that disturb neighbors may result in immediate action.

Check-in starts at 4 pm, and early check-ins must be arranged in advance. Similarly, late check-outs require prior notification. Smoking is only allowed outside.
