"Breakfast was disappointing compared to other Super 8s. Booked a king pet room and payed extra of course for the so called "extra cleaning"? The room stank so bad of crap that it barely tolerable and it was cold out so window wasn't an option. When there's smell like that the cleaning obviously wasn't thorough enough. Front desk didn't offer another room or options."

"The rooms are rundown. The public area and outside are dirty. The pool was closed when we checked in they made it sound it was just for that day and would reopen in the morning. The letter on the pool door from Alberta Health told a different story. There were no luggage carts available at anytime. The 1 elevator was down when we checked in, the next day my family and me were stuck in the other elevator. In Saturday the other hotels with restaurants had 45min to 1 hour wait time. The...
